Amazing tinctures!
I have to say, I love these tinctures!
I have the 5 Blend and Reishi on a subscription plan and I would not be without them. I have left it around 6 months to leave a review as I feel I can now leave one honestly.
The 5 Blend has been a game changer for me, I take it in the morning, either directly under my tongue washed down with a morning drink, or mixed into my glass of squash. If I don't take it for a few days, I can definitely feel a difference in my ability to process things clearly and just cope with the stresses of normal, everyday life!
The Reishi tincture I take at night before going to bed and again, I do feel this positively affects my ability to wind down and sleep better.
The website is extremely easy to navigate and use and the subscription feature takes the hassle out of having to remember to reorder, you can even change the dates if you need to - excellent idea! You even get free gifts with every third shipment - amazing way to reward loyalty and very much appreciated.
For me, these tinctures from Mogo Farm are exceptionally good value for money, especially for the size and quality of them. And with so many to choose from, there will be one to suit your lifestyle.
I would wholeheartedly recommend you purchase your next mushroom tincture from Mogo Farms.

Terrible customer service
Loved the products, but not the customer service. Requested to cancel my subscription before it was posted, didn’t get a reply for a few days after which they refused to cancel the order. Very frustrating :(

We’re a small, dedicated team and we genuinely care about providing the best possible experience for our customers and community. We aim to respond to messages within 24 hours during the week and within 48 hours over the weekend.
If you contact us before your order has been dispatched, we will always do our best to honour your request. Unfortunately, once Royal Mail has collected a parcel, we’re unable to stop it from being delivered.
All subscription customers also have access to our customer portal, where you can pause, skip or cancel future orders, as well as swap tinctures.
That said, we do accept returns and would really like the opportunity to resolve this for you. Please get in touch with us directly so we can arrange your return and help put things right.
Once again, we’re truly sorry that your experience has not met your expectations. We care deeply about our customers, our farm and our products and we would love the chance to make this right.

Excellent products, i love my Reishi mushroom, I also love how I can change my delivery day to suit me, I also get a reminder from Mogo to remind me my delivery will be sent out.
Customer service is excellent too, I highly recommend this company and wouldn't order my products anywhere else.

Association with anxiety symptoms
This is a word of caution to those who suffer with anxiety. I took the Five Blend tincture and found it exacerbated my symptoms. I wasn't expecting this, and thus it took me a few weeks to figure it out, wondering why my anxiety was getting worse without any life factors involved.
I tried a couple of tests with it once I realised what might be happening, and every time I took it again I was waking up with anxiety at night, and when I stopped started feeling better again, sleeping through etc.
It seems that this is a known although fairly rare side effect, with some of the mushrooms involved provoking symptoms associated with anxiety, e.g. racing heart and shortness of breath. These mushrooms are powerful, so take with caution, getting the right ones for you.
