Furthermore, we always try to respond immediately to any email request re the status of a parcel but again, with just some initials we cannot trace you in our email history. We have informed you that the parcel is on hold at your local postal office due incorrect/improper address and we advised you to contact them for delivery. We have also approached our shipping company for info but as we informed you, this may take time and chances are that your parcel will be returned before we have had a response.
