Customer service is not helpfull and takes days to reply. The prices are also wrong, the same item is listed for the same amount even if you change the currency between pund and euro. Wich dramatically increases cost if you select the wrong one. Prices should be adjusten depending on chosen currency.

Che dire...dopo il primo ordine e' diventata una dipendenza ...sono TOP .. di una cortesia e gentilezza unica, sempre disponibili. Ordered a 1:18 Spark GT3 Porsche diecast model. Sadly the car was damaged upon delivery (one mirror had fallen off, other one was damaged as well as damaging the paint on both sides of the car). Sent an email to their support and got an instant answer that I could send the model back and get a refund without having to pay a dime and that they were very sorry that the model I had ordered turned out to be damaged (most likely from production but could've also been damaged during shipping across Europe).
Very smooth, fast and kind customer support.
Got my full refund this time around since the model in question was out of stock.

Ordered multiple times before as well where the car wasn't damaged. This has been my only unlucky encounter thus far in terms of damage.

Out of all the resellers I'd go with CK Modelcars every day of the week.

Ich war über viele Jahre hinweg Kunde und habe sicher über 100 Modelle bei CK gekauft. Leider hat sich die Situation in letzter Zeit massiv verschlechtert.

Inzwischen habe ich fünf beschädigte Modelle in Folge erhalten. Zusätzlich wurden mir bereits ausgepackte und offenbar zur Präsentation genutzte Modelle als Neuware geliefert. Das ist extrem enttäuschend und für einen Sammler absolut inakzeptabel.

Auch die Preispolitik wirkt zunehmend fragwürdig: Preise liegen oft über dem Durchschnitt und steigen teilweise sogar bei sinkendem Lagerbestand.

Die Summe dieser Erfahrungen hat dazu geführt, dass ich hier vorerst nicht mehr bestellen werde. Vielleicht ergibt sich in Zukunft noch einmal eine Chance, aktuell ist das Vertrauen jedoch verloren gegangen.

Ich möchte ein Modell kaufen, es auspacken und mich freuen und nicht jedes Mal mit Bauchschmerzen den Karton öffnen.

Bisher ist aber der Kundenservice top.

Avoid CMC Modelcars.
Their exorbitantly priced models have design flaws and, after about ten years, develop zinc pest, which destroys your models. Even 1/18 scale trucks are affected by this scourge due to corrupted, poor-quality zinc. Your model slowly dies and can contaminate your collection. Search for confirmation online, including using AI. We prefer to raise the alarm because we were victims, and CMC Modelcars refuses to admit it. While the legal warranty in Europe is two years, this two-year limit is extended if it's a hidden defect.

J ai perdu 72,90 euros avec modelcars. La personne Flo ne se remet jamais en question elle a toujours raison selon elle vraiment nul

Commande passée sur le site le 14/12/2025.

des retards de livraison sont prévus avec la période de Noel ce qui se comprend. Le transporteur se présente une fois mais n'étant pas là il n' y a pas de seconde chance.
Le colis navigue entre chez eux et les dépots de la Poste.
Aucun service présent sur le site Allemand qui m'annonce une investigation prenant entre 3 et 6 semaines à ce jour. soit une réponse comprise entre 51 et 92 jours... Noel et Anniversaire manqué.
Plus jamais je ne commanderai sur ce site car il n'y a aucun service en cas de problème. Aucun moyen d'obtenir un remboursement il ne réponde qu'une fois sur trois...
or la force de la vente par correspondance c'est le service et c'est d'être capable de répondre quand il y a un problème.
De plus lors de la publication sur un réseau social de mon problème le commentaire a été supprimé...
ce site me donnait confiance par l'étendu de son offre, l'absence de service et de remboursement m'en dissuade.

He sido cliente de CK-Modelcars en varias ocasiones y, cuando todo va bien, el servicio es correcto. Sin embargo, mi última experiencia ha sido muy decepcionante y revela una falta de responsabilidad cuando surge un problema real.
En este pedido, el envío se realizó con la dirección incompleta en la etiqueta (faltaba el número de puerta), lo que impidió a DHL efectuar la entrega. Tras varios días esperando en casa y sin recibir ninguna llamada, descubrí que el paquete estaba retenido en una plataforma logística a unos 25 km de mi domicilio y tuve que desplazarme personalmente para recogerlo, asumiendo tiempo y gastos que no me correspondían.
Lo más sorprendente es que la propia tienda reconoció por escrito que hubo un error en los datos de la dirección, pero posteriormente se desentendió de cualquier responsabilidad, atribuyendo todo al transportista y sin ofrecer una solución ni compensación, pese a que el contrato de transporte lo gestiona el vendedor.
En resumen: buena tienda cuando todo funciona, pero muy mala gestión cuando hay una incidencia. El cliente queda solo ante el problema, incluso cuando el error está documentado. Una experiencia que, lamentablemente, me hace replantearme volver a comprar aquí.

DHL is the delivery company chosen and it's definitely a great choice to be in charge of the delivery. Unfortunately is not used for normal deliveries but only for Express deliveries.
