Where do I start .No communication , paid 12k and no goods . Sales man has left he was useless any way . Very quick to rip me of though . Many people have fallen victims to this . Civil case now to recover monies owed . Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am 72 and disabled and the money I paid for a rise recliner chair was hard to come by, the fact that this disgusting company has preyed on so many like me is devastating It is now over 6 months since I ordered and still no chair and no refund! WHY?????
Last week you had the audacity to send me brochures with a voucher for £200 off my next purchase!! What an insult!!!
I find it very hard to believe the 5* reviews that keep appearing
I advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to hold on to your money and shop elsewhere

Nothing good about these clowns, from start to finish can't even bothered to answer phone. Useless.Barry.

My 84 year old mother, disabled and recently bereaved placed an order the start of February for two bespoke chairs and a bed, £12,300. She paid half as a deposit and guess what, she is still waiting! She received a call three weeks after the order asking for the balance but thankfully she said to speak to her son. We have made countless calls, emails and have one call from some ‘manager’ saying they will call the start of June with delivery details and yet again nothing! We have sort legal advice and they have said that Loki Enterprises have financial issues and we would have less than 51% of recovering the deposit. This company are basically taking money off the old, vulnerable and disabled people and are not for filling the orders. I phoned a few days ago and said I was interested in the bespoke range and asked how long the delivery time is, the liar on the other end of the phone confirmed 5 to 8 weeks…how these people can sleep at night knowing they are defrauding the customers they are supposed to be helping to have some comfort in their later years…Please do not put yourself in the same position and avoid them like the plague!! If someone from the company wants our order, it’s only so you appear to be bothered on this type of forum you have had over six months and have done nothing

Constantly telling people on here they will get a refund but they never do! I’m in contact with many people who are STILL waiting!

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company, selling furniture to elderly disabled people and never actually delivering the goods or refunding them!

My 93 year old mother placed an order for an expensive RR armchair in June and paid in full.
Unfortunately, despite numerous emails to customer services and unreturned telephone calls made by myself and my nephew the chair has not been delivered. She has also contacted the sales rep who has not returned her call.
As an Occupational Therapist myself I found the cost of this chair astounding and if this is how this company treat elderly customers it is disgusting.
My advice, avoid this company at all costs

Ob 29th July I received via Trustpilot an e-mail to telephone this company regarding a Refund that is due to me. I have telephoned this company every day since receiving this e - mail but my calls have never been answered nor more importantly have I received the refund which I was promised in a letter dated b17th June 2025.
In my opinion this is not conduct that is practice by a reputable firm

Do not use this company. They took thousands of pounds from my mother and we never heard from them again, if you telephone you get a vague 'we don't have a delivery date yet' despite being told that you need to pay the balance because the furniture is ready to be delivered. If you email, you don't even get an automated response. We have had to do a chargeback through the bank in order to recoup her money. A Facebook group has been set up for those affected: 'Victims of The Mobility Furniture Company' feel free to join, there are plenty of us. The company flags and takes down negative reviews on here and deletes comments from their Facebook page from people asking where there furniture is.
My mum has multiple health conditions and I'm a cancer sufferer with severe anxiety and this experience has pushed me to my limits. Please be careful.

Disgusting company they’ve taken over 3000 off my mother for a bed that has never arrived! Try and call and either get a voicemail and they never call back or get an agent that doesn’t want to help and is rude. Previous reviews are concerning just want mums money back as the bed clearly isn’t coming

Company is an absolute joke, scamming the elderly for thousands of pounds. I’ve been blocked on the mobility furniture company facebook page for just saying the truth!!

There needs to be a no stars option. I looked into this company after the chairs my elderly parents ordered became faulty. Granted, it appears to be a minor miracle that they actually got their chairs, but both were taken away for repairs. Only one returned. Apparently they managed to lose the other and have promised delivery of a new replacement but never fulfilled this promise. Now failing to call back.
I've submitted a complaint to the Furniture and Home Improvement Ombudsman, Rip Off Britain and also put on a Data Subject Access Request to this bunch of crooks - that, too has been ignored.
It looks like The Mobility Furniture Company is used as a trading name but the company behind it has been dissolved and then started up under a different name by the same guy.

Please be aware this company has gone into liquidation on the 27th August 2025 and when calling to ask where products are, no one is able to answer.

Please, please, do your research before parting with any monies to this company. I absolutely question the validity of the 5 star reviews that have sprung up over the past 24 hours, but all the reviews that are telling the truth are being flagged, I assume by the company, truth hurts? Please look at the details of the company director on companies house and make up your own mind. This company have taken monies to the tune of £8.5k from my elderly family members and have given them nothing but stress and the runaround. They treat their customers with utter disdain, don't reply to contact or answer data subject requests, which they are duty bound to do. Taking money from the most vulnerable people in society, people, who a lot of the time don't have the financial means to lose large amounts of cash. For every review of mine that maybe removed, I will replace it tenfold, as I hope that by reading this review, that it may save some people the stress and heartache that it has caused my family members. DO YOUR RESEARCH, DIG AROUND, CHECK INTERNET AND FACEBOOK SEARCH ENGINES FOR THE COMPANY NAME, IT USUALLY TURNS UP SOME INTERESTING FACTS! I WILL BE A THORN IN THEIR SIDE UNTIL THIS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IS HALTED BY THE AUTHORITIES.

Do not order from this company. Haven’t returned thousands of pounds to my grandparents and haven’t resolved any issues, they’re blocking any contact made on the issues.

This company has just gone into administration.. two weeks prior to this they promised in writing that we would get a full refund they knew what they were doing!!!! Lairs absolute lairs. My grandparents have just lost 12 and a half thousand pounds now. Can’t believe to would do this do an elderly couldn’t

Ordered a chair for my mum in December 2024, still waiting for it, it seems the only way you can get them to answer you is to go through to the brochure line, four different people answered me on this line, funny how there's no one to answer on the line to chase up orders, I've now threatened with legal action, I suppose if I put a dispute in with the bank they would just use that as an excuse to delay even longer.

We have just received our settee, which was ordered on 5th January 2025. We also ordered a riser chair. After various telephone calls and emails we eventually received a chair in July and have received settee recently. Their customer service is appalling, they very rarely respond to calls or emails. They have had our money since April as, wait for it, it was due to be delivered 2 weeks after their request for final money. However, nothing turned up and no explanation. We were offered another settee and chair and £500 off. What the hell. We didn’t accept. Now have been promised £250 back - that was back in April. No sign. All in all a very stressful experience. I would recommend you use another company and totally ignore 5* reviews.

Still waiting for a refund since 22nd July. My mum has now had to purchase another mobility rise and recline chair from an actual legitimate company at a fraction of the cost of your so called bespoke rubbish.
Our bank has raised a dispute and trading standards are investigating your scam of a company. I don't know how you sleep at night taking thousands from vulnerable people. Disgusting!
Also, last week you had the audacity to send my mum a sales brochure knowing damn well you have almost £5000 of her money. Unbelievable!

Appalling service. I ordered a mattress for my mother in early March. Sadly she went into a home and died unexpectedly on 21st March. I cancelled the order. I received a letter dated 25th March confirming that a full refund would be granted as the item was not bespoke, and that the refund of £1200 would appear via the original payment method. I am still waiting. I paid using my credit card. I have sent several emails over the past 5 months. Eventually someone actually replied to me but that was on 16h July saying he would look into it. Now, all of my subsequent emails are being ignored.
Reading the one star reviews it seems that this is not an unfamiliar experience. Their customer charter states on their website “ We treat every customer with the same respect and attention to their needs. The customer is in charge every step of the way”
Perhaps this is only applicable when the customer is alive?
