VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
The overall service was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor, the attitude towards customers was unprofessional, and once the payment was made, it felt like the level of service changed completely.
What should have been a straightforward and pleasant experience turned into a frustrating and stressful situation. Promises were made, but they were not followed through, and getting a proper solution was extremely difficult.
For a company, I believe good communication, reliability and respect for customers should be a basic standard. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.
I would strongly advise others to do their research before ordering and to make sure everything is clearly confirmed in writing.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not order from this company again.

⚠️ BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY ⚠️

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and, honestly, traumatic.

I paid €950 for tables that were not delivered according to what was agreed. The tables had multiple mistakes and did not match the order as expected.

What makes the situation even worse is the way we were treated afterwards. Before receiving the payment, communication was completely different. After the payment was made, their attitude changed dramatically. They became extremely rude and dismissive, and it felt like we were no longer important to them once they had received our money.

At one point, they acknowledged the problems and promised in writing that they would remake the tables and send them again. We trusted that promise and waited for approximately a month. Now, instead of keeping their promise, they suddenly claim that there is no problem at all.

This has been an incredibly stressful and upsetting experience. We paid a significant amount of money and expected a professional service, but instead we have been left feeling ignored, disrespected and completely disappointed.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering ordering from this company think very carefully and do thorough research first. Do not simply rely on their promises before payment. Make sure everything is documented in writing and be extremely careful with your money.

For us, this has been far more than just a bad purchase. It has been a very stressful and traumatic experience that I would not wish on anyone.
