Worst company. I ordered gold but got canceled from their side. Now 11 plus days and no update regarding return. Worst company to invest. ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE.

I ordered 100 gm silver coin on 22 Oct 25 and cancelled the order on the next day. The refund has not yet been processed. Customer service is pathetic. you are always in a queue and when your turn comes they disconnected the call. i am stuck .

MMTC APP does not give access for digital gold or for monthly investments or random investment options.
We dont want to buy gold immediately, instead we need to invest in your account first , accumulate and then buy at the right time .
Currently your app doesnt provide this service. It says you need invitation. Invitation for what ? To attend the second marriage of MMTC 's CEO . Useless guys.

I had ordered 2 silver coins online on 10.10.25 and the delivery date during ordering stage was 16.10.2025. But sorry to say that till date i.e 27.10.25, the item is not delivered and on the status page it shows three attempts of pickup exhausted. When calling on the toll free customer care, there is a long waiting period and after it got disconnected. Even the email they are not replying.

POOR SERVICE PROVIDED BY MMTC PAMP ONLINE. IN HAVE BOUGHT GOLD COIN ON 9TH OCT 2025 TILL DATE 19TH OCT I HAVE NOT REVD THE COIN. BOUGHT IT FOR DHANTERAS. THERE IS NOT STATUS ON WEBSITE. WHEN CALLING TO CUSTOMER CARE THERE IS A WAITING PERIOD OF MORE THAN 25 MIN AND THAT ALSO IS NOT HANDLED PROPERLY. I TRUELY RECOMMEND NOT TO PURCHSE ONLINE . POOR SERVICE

Payment collected through Razorpay but order cancelled. Technical glitches when price goes up and money is stuck with no clear accountability.
The worst customer support. Wait on call and when turn comes automatic reply we will call back. HORRIBLE service. DONT BuY online at MMTC PaMP.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the delivery process for my order, identified as Order ID PAMP25042434338, placed on April 24, 2025. The delivery partner picked up the item on April 26, 2025, but as of today, April 29, 2025, the delivery status is marked as "Delivery Failed." The stated reason for failure is "UNATTEMPTED DUE TO DELIVERY NOT POSSIBLE AFTER 1800 HRS," which was reported at 2:00 AM.
This sequence of events raises several concerns about the efficiency and professionalism of the delivery process. Given that the failure reason indicates an avoidable time constraint, and the update was posted during an unusual hour, I am worried that the logistics are not being handled appropriately. Furthermore, this situation prompts doubts about the authenticity and condition of the product that will eventually be delivered.
Under these circumstances, I no longer feel confident in proceeding with this order. The lack of clarity and reliability in the delivery process has undermined my trust, and I kindly request that the matter be addressed urgently. I would appreciate clear communication on how this situation will be rectified and whether I can expect an alternative resolution.
Please let me know if further details are required to assist in resolving this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

other brands showing 10 grams gold coin of 24k below 3000rs but mmtc pamp is showing 3000rs excess cost. it wants to loot the customers with charging high prices in gold and silver. worst experience with mmtc pamp. And i am sure that i will never ever buy gold and silver again from mmtc pamp.

Hello dear brothers and sister and elder people. As this information is been shared with you all to know about mmtc gold online where we buying and sell the gold and silver digitally, now the real matter is this company is just cheating it’s customers just like if the price of the gold gown up the company services and server will go down for no of days and if the gold price is drop, why mean you will the money you will lose. As if it goes down nothing will happen to it’s service. if the price goes up then the company will lose the money. so that the reason the service of the company and its servers will go down automatically for month and days, so stop such investment in such companies. Thank and be safe

Worst company to buy gold, I sold gold before 12 back they are still not processing the payment, Sending mail and calling customer care they are repeatedly saying they raised a query with their internal team. How we believe this kind of company in future and buy a digital gold.

Being a gold mining company they must have offered a good value for my old broken gold items but i was not satisfied with the offer s i searched on google for best gold buyers in Jaipur and i found a article on how to look for a best gold buyer and it helped me a lot.
