Finally a dog trainer who knows what he is talking about - gives the opportunity to realy understand your dog (and sometimes even yourself :-) !) - who is positive, realy loves dogs - give you all possibility to train and understand your dog at a reasonable price - lots of information - continued knew uploads . possibility to ask questions - I wish I found this site some years earlier. Please - do follow the 3 foundation lessons to start with - it gives you incredable information and after that you can also look for problem solving items. Gives very good advice. So: if you realy love your dog(s) and want to give them a good life this is the best site !!!! PS I have had dogs all my life - have trained with my dogs and thought I knew how to handle them. But here I found finaly the answers on how to deal with the challenges with my 2 (lovely) rescue dogs.

Wish we had used Max before paying out 2 lots of money for dog training. Over £1000. Easy to use and can look up where we are going wrong with our Pyrenean Mountain dog. These dogs are very hard to train. Our third one but this time has become a battle of wills.

Very usefull lessons for me and my dog. Max is a great trainer and he does not beat around the bush. We learned a lot from him and now I understand my dog a lot better.

We're watching a video a day and loving the results. Max is fun to watch, and we love the treat of a blooper or something at the end. While we're doing a lot right already, we're getting ideas on how to improve and understand our dogs better.

Max’s videos and app have been amazing! I realised that what I was doing was the problem, not my poor dog. I’m learning so much and I’m already seeing changes in Sonny, lead pulling has reduced, his reactivity and frustrations are reducing too.

I’m also focusing on breed specific training / enrichments after watching the videos and he’s taken to the retrieving dummy really well.

Great information given and lots of examples and practical applications. Have started to gain a better understanding of my dog and how better to communicate and give my dog what he needs.

Even though MK9Plus training is online Max chats away as if he's with you in person, he explains everything well, with patience and is easy to understand. A great bonus is being able to email Max if you're unsure or for advice more specifically for your own dog and he responds in good time which is so useful.

I thought I knew a lot about nervous rescues and how to manage their needs until our current dog who is above and beyond! Max gives so many useful tips which have really made a difference and I've learned so much more.

Would not hesitate to recommend this.

I like the message being given, but there's too much 'infill'. You have to watch so many videos before you start to get to the nitty gritty of what to do with your dog. Hours of watching the purchase and decoration of new premises, hearing numerous times what was done with Hugo etc - I just don't have the time or inclination to cope with all that. I have taken some useful tips on board, but I still haven't found the crucial bits I need for my over excited rescue collie. Hopefully I will eventually before it's too late! In the end, I tried jumping ahead but found it difficult to locate relevant videos. I've paid the money so will probably persevere, but have found better tips elsewhere for free.

Learned a lot and still learning. You need to invest quite some time but it is refreshing to finally find a dog trainer who wants dogs to be able to just be dogs.

Really enjoying the lessons, particularly the bite sized format so I can do 1 (or more) whenever I have a little spare time. Very informative and down to earth.

I love watching the videos. Max is really clear and excellent explainer of technical stuff. It just makes sense. I’ve a lot of work to do with my Patterdale who is chronically stressed, but Max tips and ideas are making this fun amd

The cost of the course compared to the cost of getting a trainer to come to the house for 10 sessions is great and having it on video form means I can go back and say ‘what was that he said again’

It’s a great platform, easy to navigate and shows that good dog trainers train the guardian and not the dog. Max is doing a smashing job of training me!
