Updated 4/4/26: The company has since refunded me for both of the manufacturing defective products I received. Still, Buyer Beware. It will be a long road and many emails/videos to get refunded if received a defective or broken item.

Purchased two gravity bongs. Both had stems on the bowl that were too small and it didn work. Needed electrical tape to create suction. I asked for a refund. They refused. Wanted to send a new product. Their products proved defective so I wanted my funds back. They have now ghosted me. Poor products and even worse customer service.

I ordered something and the order went through. Then I get a message saying that they had to cancel order because suspected fraud,but they took my money $62! Now they are holding my money hostage saying that they can't put it back on my card. They keep telling me to talk to my bank and they can't do anything.I talked to my bank and they told me that they can put it back on card!! MJArsenal has Amazing products but they are theives and have very poor business ethics. I suggest buying from a store. Me personally I changed products, I refuse to give them anymore of my money regardless of how good their products are...

So many awesome products! I love the Capsule for my board rides and I have never once been disappointed by the mini rigs I've ordered! They're perfect for cold starts!

Bought the $150 mystery box. Contained $130 retail worth of stuff. Unresponsive customer support. Finally got through. No resolution. This is what they intended to do.

Reached out to cancel an order a minute after it was mistakenly placed. Support promptly responded telling me they would escalate to a team member to “reach out to me shortly to get everything taken care of”. No response, no communication for a week. Tried their phone number as well, but got hung up on many times, or left on voicemail. Finally I contacted from a different email, stating my case with my order number, and got another prompt reply empathizing with my frustration and a not-so-reassuring message of “don’t worry, we are escalating this to get it all taken care of and someone will reach out shortly!” Somehow they could not locate my order with the number provided. And now it has been an entire day with nobody reaching out. What a surprise. I am never dealing with this company again.

Ordered but they sent me an email that seemed scammy wanting a picture of my credit card and drivers license. I'm not dumb enough to send that via an email to a total stranger. I'm 56 years old blind 🦯 on dialysis people try to scam me all the time.

I'm got my first mini rig. It's the Apollo 7 in tall I got a few extras with it but the splash card in it sweet If you don't get a mouth full water. The shipping was way ahead of time by almost a week and they answer all your questions that you have.great company.happy smokin

What a poor company. If your glass arrives broken good luck (unless you purchased the insurance)you won’t get another as they don’t do returns. What a hassle to have to file an insurance claim. How do I know this. I just got the terp sluper and it arrived broken. Emailed customer support never got a reply. So I call in wait about 20 mins lady gets on the phone basically telling that since I purchased the Insurance that I would just use that. No option for a replacement or return! So unless you like giving your money away stay away from this scam company. Just google search the company for shipping and customer service problems. You will find a lot of people with the same problem if your glass arrives broken you just out of luck and your money!

Rig came broken and one of the nails was chipped. When i emailed them, they took thier sweet time to respond and send me to submit a claim at 3rd party and to this day have gotten nothing. They ripped me with over $100 andf I got broken stuff. I emailed them multiple time and radio silence. Horrible company and never ever buying from them and making sure no one does!

Product is advertised, but shipping is not beware. Got USPS prioritized shipping, and it got sent through FedEx. Reached out, they claimed that shipping would still get there at the delivery date, it did not. Faulty advertising on delivery, stick with free delivery if you are buying here. Good products, horrible customer service. I reached out multiple times.

The worst customer service I have ever recieved I ordered an infiniti rig which is good but upgraded to the full weld premium banger which didn't fit so I got a replacement from a reseller which also didn't fit I sent proof in a video of said problem but they now want more info which will not add to the evidence I have shown and are not replacing the rig or giving Me a new banger stay away at all costs company is a joke pay for premium and it dosent fit.

Paid for next day shipping, my package showed up a week late. I emailed customer service but was never answered.

Ordered a few things on the 7 still not arrived today the 30th updating on tracking stopped on the 14th eventually make complaint to find the order will not be arriving and that the item i ordered is no longer in stock what a joke will not be using again.

Yeah, like the other reviewer said...the reviews are all just 5 stars on their site because they dont allow any reviews under 5 stars to be posted. How shady is that in the year 2022?
Product is just ok, had a misground joint and they hemmed & hawed about replacing it (because it had been used) even though they agreed it was defective. I can understand not letting me just return it for something else after it was used but for defect in workmanship, that should be covered, no matter what. They did send me a new piece which is maybe 10% better than the other one but I'll never buy from them again.

Products are corrects. Its cheap glass but does a good job.
But reviews are biased. They only posted 5 stars reviews and dont approved lower reviews so they are a joke
