I really can’t thank Miranda enough for all her help and support she gave me! Miranda went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special by gifting me the daybreak glass that matches the daybreak puffco v2 battery replacement. It really means a lot to me that Miranda took the time to not just help and solve my problem but to also make my birthday extra special for me! Very honored to be apart of the puffco community

Had to replace the atomizer
Had to replace the atomizer after less than a year even with rigorous cleaning after each use as the plate broke. This is now 2/2 Puffco devices first the pivot not connecting and now the Peak plate breaking. It also is crazy they only use UPS to ship whos the slowest shipper. Over a week for a replacement atomizer is just crazy. Quality is just not there for what you have to pay.

I purchased a Puffco Peak Pro and it’s…
I purchased a Puffco Peak Pro and it’s been my biggest regret. I’m not sure how well it works as it didn’t work right out of the box. It would show fully charged and as soon as I started the preheat the battery would start draining at a rate of about 1% a second.
Took it to the place I where I purchased it but Puffco doesn’t allow the vendor send them back for a refund so most stores will not refund you money and you ( the customer) need to deal directly with Puffco directly and that’s where everything goes south. The day after I purchased it I submitted a warranty claim with Puffco. After 2 weeks of automated email reply’s from puffco and zero human response to my query on what they were doing to resolve my issue I reluctantly filed a complaint with the BBB. Amazingly the very next day I received an email from Puffco explaining that it was my fault for them not getting back to me because, are you ready for this, “ every time you email us and we haven’t requested anything from you your file goes to the back of the queue”. So in short if you email them to get updates on your issue without them asking your issue goes to the back of the line. And if that’s not crazy enough they DO NOT have ANY way to talk to them directly. Zero!! Don’t buy Puffco products!!! 6 weeks after my initial purchase I finally got a replacement base. Now all I have to do is find someone to buy I so I can hopefully recoup some of the 450$ I’m out. And if you know anything about used cannabis products that will be next to impossible. Basically the product may be good but it’s only as good as the support behind it.

Complete awesomeness
I have been using my Puffco for a few years now. Never really stood out, Im a disabled veteran i cant afford those awesome glass pieces. As soon as i could i purchased the link attached and all I have to say is omg. Its a complete different beast. It is definitely worth the money. And it is already saving myle money over my regular enail. Its awesome. I got it on sizzle payments and there was a $60 off offer. That with the veterans discount it was only around $60 bucks

Constant chamber issues since ive gotten my puffco peak pro. This is supposed to be the best chamber they have and it does not even fucntion properly. I would highly reccomend any other brand then this POS

Puffco peak pro
Puffco peak pro only worked properly for a few weeks before the battery started to die after only a few uses. Now it dies after a single use. An absolute rip off and dishonest business.

Cass was very helpful with processing my warranty claim. They evaluated my puffco base and sent it back free of charge when it passed inspection. They also sent a new chamber free of charge! Very generous! Thank you!
