Poor service
I just disappointed of incident at Stratford Westfield shoping centre - Miss Diva store.
I had very poor service with one of the staff two days ago.I was bring shoes for exchange, which ones I bought two weeks ago, because I changed my mind, and I didn’t wear them, i bring in original box with receipt with labels and everything.
To my surprise, I noticed some marks on one shoe after purchasing them, which I hadn’t seen before. The other shoe had no marks at all.
So im confident that I didn’t make any defects by myself. I attached pictures as proof that is not possible was to wear them, and no make it any defects on both shoes.
I experienced poor service with the lady (who identified herself as a manager) she spoke to me disrespectfully and rudely. She insisted on a narrative about how I wore the shoes and that was the reason for refusing the exchange. She was certain that I made the marks.
I told her that impossible to made it if it “really” was worn both pairs, and visible mark’s just on one pair.
And then i was take other shoes to show her that all shoes at store had some marks on pad’s.
At the end I was in stress situation,tell her few words and i left the shop.
It’s not fair to create false stories to deny exchanges.

You guys don’t even deserve zero. Pathetic cheap quality of products and pathetic quality of customer service( Birmingham Bullring) If customer is not happy with your product why would they consider your store credit an option.!I went to the store with the product and to ask for refund as I’m not happy with store credit as the quality is not great and I don’t want to buy anything else from them but the staff…Oh God! Such a rude staff! Gave them that shoe back neither got refund nor took store credit.
You need to have a refund as an option or even better raise quality of your products so this kind of things don’t happen. I wish I could attach pictures and videos here as well to show the poor quality of products.PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

Really shocked that the store would not let me return an item. When tried I was told to "Open my eyes" to a small A5 bit of paper on the end of the til saying no returns... This needs to be made clear upon purchasing goods. Have emailed customer care and awaiting a response.

Brought loafers from them and after a week saw both the soles broken…no response from customer care also. Disgusting…. How can you sell stuff like that!!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could post 0 stars, I would! Had my sandals for 7 weeks and one split. Called the shop and refund was refused because I'd worn the shoes so it was too late to return! (Isn't that what you do with shoes?!) I told him the sandals were faulty as I've worn them less than 10 times. Owner didn't even ask to see photos, despite the fact the sandals are now unwearable. He said "I only sell the shoes I don't make them". When I explained he is responsible because he sells them, he put the phone down on me!

I didn't have the best experience with Miss Diva customer service originally but to be fair to them I received a very apologetic phone call and they showed that their customer service was very important to them . Will be using again because it got sorted :)
Quick and easy
Shoes came very promptly, I had reservations because of the reviews but thought I’d leave my own because I don’t think it’s fair on the company to have such bad reviews. My experience was quick, easy and decent quality. I ended up sending the heels back, but only because they were too tall for me! Otherwise, they were fine. I also got my refund within a week or so. I can’t complain. I would definitely purchase from them again.

If there was an opportunity to rate this below a 1 star I would … I’m not sure where to start with this review but it starts with the wrong colour shoes being sent despite the company saying it was the colour we ordered … I’m not sure Rose gold is the same as Champagne ( this was clearly written on the box) but the company think it is !! Then when we asked for a good will gesture to include the postage in the refund because we had to send the shoes back we had a very long email tussle ! Which ended in us being the ones at fault because it was our interpretation of what colour the shoes were … the emails that were sent from the company in the end were illegible and quite frankly tied themselves in knots but they were still adamant they were in the right. Please think twice about using this company, their after sales is shocking and their refund process protracted, to press I still haven’t received my refund and it’s been 6 days now when they stated it would be 3-5 working days .. oh and the 6 days I have started I haven’t included the weekend !! Stay clear

My review is late - I visited towards end of September.
My experience was first class from start to finish. The owner of the shop was extremely helpful as I considered my handbag purchase. He was most knowledgable and offered opinions and ideas. I received a complimentary face mask with my gorgeous handbag. Must say, excellent value.
The shop adhered well to Cvd guidance also.
There are so many items to browse in Miss Diva York - the window is well displayed and definitely enticed me in.

SHOES GOT DAMAGED AFTER ONE WEAR BUT I WAS REFUNDED
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and i wore wore one of them the day after it was deliverd for about 10 minutes and the heel cover fell off!! I immediately emailed Miss Diva to ask about returning the shoes. The agent who spoke to me initially said they cant accept the shoes as they got damaged due to wear!! I explained i only wore the shoes once but he wouldnt help. Later that same day i received a call from their E-commerce Manager apologising for how i've been dealt with and the the service i received. He offered to send me a return label for the damaged shoes
And refunded the monies i paid.
So overall, ok service but still dissapointed about the quality of the shoes which the manager said he'd feed back to their manufacturers.

Unprofessional company.
One of the most unprofessional companies I have had ever had to deal with.
Returned shoes which were damaged (opened box, looked at shoe, put shoe back in, returned the same day I received them) Miss Diva have refused a refund to which they claim the shoes were worn. This was completely not the case as I hadn't even tried them on and can only conclude they were shoes already returned by another customer, not quality checked and sent out again.
They have no escalation process in place and after only two unacceptable replies from them, they now refuse to engage.
They then returned the shoes, along with ANOTHER customers returned shoes addressed to me also. Their reason for refusing a refund to that customer?... Because the shoe box had NO LID.
They massively lack customer service and professionalism. They clearly would rather keep hold of money instead of returning customers.
No one should have to endure the same poor customer service I have. Avoid at all costs.
