Where's my refund

Clothes arrived in good time. Pretty but was faulty with bits of lace hanging off. Tried to return over a month ago but still not received a refund. Poor communication with customer services- even though the email address they are advising everyone on here to contact. Still awaiting refund.

Not happy

Not happy at as I have placed an order with missbella on the 10th of September and pad for my item but have not recieved my item and no email back when I have emailed to see where my parcel is

I am not sure of your order number could you email it to customercare@missbella.co.uk so we can investigate this for you?, it sounds like the item you ordered is on Pre Order we try to clearly state this as the first word in the item(s) title in capitals, also with large font in the description when the pre order will be realised.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed that I'm having to leave a bad review. I ordered 2 jumpsuits from MissBella and the items were gorgeous. However, the first time of wearing one if the jumpsuits the zip broke. I contacted customer support who were happy to help initially. Advised i send it back so they could send me a new one. It has now been a month of poor communication from the team to provide an update. Royal mail tracker confirms it has been recieved, however i am being advised that it has not. Communication has now stopped despite my multiple emails, even though i have had no resolution. Very disappointing and still ongoing. Please keep this in mind if you have to return any items. -update refund now given and all resolved

Missing item which has been paid for

Several times I have attempted to make contact with you around my missing delivery so hopefully this method will work. Please can a member of your team advise me when I should expect my paid goods as it's now 9 days late allowing for 5 days standard working delivery.
