The mail during the process were helpful, the packaging is really nice + handwritten letter too, the ink bottle has no scratches it's really good packaging.

Great products and amazing customer service
They have got a large variety of aesthetically pleasing products which seem to be of high quality. I was looking for a specific object and in NL they had the best price and quick delivery. After purchase I was also met with a nice thank you letter and my products were very neatly packaged.

Misc had Kakimori to test!
Great help, they even tested the waterproof ink for me and let me test the Kakimori nip with ink in their store. I use it to sketch with ink&watercolour. Great experience. Misc is the almost only fysical shop in the Netherlands who had Kakimori in stock and to test the holder with the brass nib and ink.
