I was have issues with my payment and i reached out to the what’s app service team and Umar was really understanding, had fast replies, helped solve the problem and also made adjusts to my order for me too and said he will try to get my order delivered as soon as possible. Overall communication was amazing from him.

I ordered a series and it was beautiful. Thos was my first time ordering from this site so I was a bit cautious. After I order it I got a notification that the payment didn't go through but the money was gone from my back so I obviously thought I was scammed. I actually don't know what happened. My bank stopped the payment and refunded it to me until further notice. I now have received yhe saree and it's beautiful and fits perfectly. I will be closing the dispute with my bank and ordering more from here. Thanks again 😍

I received a call from Peter from Mirraw. He called to follow up about my pending order and offered to help me through the process. He also followed up with a WhatsApp message. I called Peter back to clarify regarding the items, and he answered all my questions. He guided me with total professionalism. Anas was very helpful. I forgot to add custom stitching to my order. They sent me a Paypal link to pay the extra to have this done rather than cancel whole order and start again. It took only a couple of minutes for this to be resolved. Thanks Anas!

I was served by Uzer who made sure that the additional dress I wanted to order would be shipped with my previous order. there was an error on the website but it has all been cleared up now and i was not charged additional shipping fee for this

i've always ordered from mirraw. their sarees are fabulous and price very value-for-money. Recently it happened that i did not get a petticoat but just after i sent them a reminder. their customer service was excellent and i received my petticoat rapidly.
i beleive that's what we expect as customers. we feel we are being attened. Thank-you Mirraw Team to be so considerate

Was very easy to use, and lots of options!

order was for a purple outfit x2, arrived and was a very very dark shade to what i thought i was purchasing. contacted customer support in various ways eventually got a response a week later. Even then they were not willing to help. stuck with 2 outfits wrong colour. Will never use their services again would definitely not recommend to anyone. Avoid!!!!
