I booked the Mini Smile Makeover in 2021 for February 2022 because I heard so many good things about it. Dipesh was a fantastic overall teacher with a bit of humour also and went through all the systems very systematically. The hands on was useful and highly relevant to the course learning outcomes. I was a bit disappointed that there were no handouts to accompany and reinforce our learning though. This would have benefited a lot of us as there was a lot of information to take in.
I felt the organisation was great in the beginning….it all started really well with mini booklet/handout sheets posted through the door well in advance but the course structure did not correlate with the handouts at all.
There was also a breakfast promised for day 2 which I rushed out of the house for only to find that we were flogged off with a few cold Danish pastries. The Dinner also was served beyond the time stated and consisted of appetisers which were actually quite tasty and interesting but again….if someone says dinner/evening meal then one expects a meal not starters. All in all it was good….but I felt it wasn’t worth the amount I paid for it. I bought a few of the Cosmodent composites and instruments. I wouldn’t say they are a game changer but useful to have as some teeth will work better with their composite system and others with a different system….it’s all trial and error at the moment.
We were given one case of enlighten whitening free with the course….I did find that the results of the whitening were predictably great and so was the service…..I would use again.
