Our course was very informative and Laura was so enthusiastic! Great hands on learning and explanations were very good too

Liz was perfect at making the class interesting and personal. I feel prepared now incase -god forbid- anything ever happened. The class is a bargain! It’s really informative and practical and manages to cover so much without feeling overwhelming! Would highly recommend!

Gemma was Ace and this course is well worth doing. I am a grandparent and really enjoyed it.

Very interactive

Lell delivered mini first aid to our NCT group and she made what was a very serious topic lighter with her delivery style and real life examples. A lot of ground was covered in just 2 hours, including the practical and all of it was very informative. Appreciated it all being covered in the little booklet too so we can refer back to it whenever needed. An essential training for all who look after babies!

The course was great, Anna was lovely and very knowledgeable. I liked the fact it was a small group and we could touch more on things we wanted to explore.
The room in the building was cold but that wasn't Anna's fault.

The instructor Carly was very friendly and accommodating. The material covered was useful and comprehensive. There was an opportunity to practice the techniques in a comfortable non threatening environment. I found it really interesting and helpful. I would highly recommend this course to parents and grandparents like me.

We had our session with Lell. It was fantastic and so informative, and she was incredibly engaging. Gives me a bit of confidence going into weaning with our first baby.

Great course liked the fast pace

I feel now confident in the case of facing an emergency situation. Tracey gave us such a good overview of all the tricky situations you can face with a baby or child.

This was our second time with Mini First Aid and once again Judith and Emily were brilliant, the course were super informative and engaging!

They were very accomodating and tailored the first aid course to reflect our work setting. 10/10!

Sarah was brilliant from the beginning. We met her at a baby fayre a few weeks prior to taking the course and she explained all the options. We are expecting our first child and had both previously been first aid trained for work, but we wanted to make sure we were up to date and had the specialised knowledge for babies and children.

The day was really well organised, we got through all the topics efficiently and Sarah always made sure to highlight the most important points to remember and then explained the reasoning behind each approach.

We left feeling much more prepared incase anything ever does happen with our child or any other in our care.

Ps. Sarah made sure that each activity was accessible to everyone and explained alterations for pregnant mums, c-section recovery or any physical changes you needed to consider when administering CPR etc which was invaluable
