I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. I have been waiting for more than seven months for a resolution, but all I get are excuses and delays.

I made the payment through PayPal, but unfortunately, the 180-day grace period for them to handle this case has expired.

I feel helpless and frustrated with this situation.

I suspect that they will post a new review soon to manipulate the ratings and bury my complaint.

The frames are awesome! Now my collection looks great! Thanks for the quick and safe shipping too, much appreciated.

I have been waiting 9 months for my item so far, its very hard to get information from them, they have twice promised my item will be delivered by a date only for nothing to materialise.
Would never recommend this company to anyway.

Absolutely love these frames - have bought two to date and keep coming back for more to feed my minifig habit!! They are high quality, professional, and I have gotten dozens of comments from colleagues about how much more fun my office is than others :) A little pricey compared to other products, but love the size (11 x 11 figs vs smaller frames) and the material / backboard / lego glue feels incredibly solid and looks sleek. I will say, delivery time isn't exactly Amazon. With that caveat. I will keep coming back for more because they're great products!

When I ordered, the company was really busy and had some delays. They did reply on my questions giving updates of the order the best they could. Eventually, it arrived yesterday in the UK. The display was very nicely packed for shipping, which gave me faith in the quality and care they put into their products. The image is really sharp and detailed, exactly what you would expect from the sample. The display looks really nice, perfect symmetrical positioning of of the blocks for the minifigs. I would order one again anytime!

After some problems due to manufacturing times, the case arrived perfect, with top shipping and packaging. An object of excellent workmanship, the best around. Recommended.

Ordered 2 frames in December. Got a follow up email that it was under construction, original expected time was 3 months. Then... nothing. Sent 2 email and put up a Facebook post, still absolute silence.

Do not order from this company! They will just take your money and then never reply to anything.

Edit: I eventually received my order July 11th. The frames are very cool. Still absolutely NO replies to my messages.

Edit 2: I have now (August 25th) received a message but not as a reply to my original messages. They are now asking me to take down this review in exchange for a partial refund. I will not take it down, please draw your own conclusions.

Horrendous company. Have been waiting 20 weeks for my order to be fulfilled with no updates and no answers to email inquiries. I finally got a response to my emails giving me a shipment date which didnt happen. They will not refund no matter how long you are left waiting for your orders. Would never buy anything from them again…still haven’t received the order placed in January 2023.

Horrible I lost money.
Immediately after making my purchase and realising my mistake (it was way to overpriced) I send them an email. I paid with klarna so I had a month time until I had to actually pay for it. Whole 5 weeks later, after I had to battle with klarnas support so they would extend my due date, they finally answered. But not with a solution but a question. They wanted to be sure that I want to cancel my order. So they asked me if I want to cancel it. I, once again, wrote that indeed, cancel my over a month old order immediately. Two weeks later, no reply. I am furious, klarna wants me to pay and if I extend then I'll have to pay 20 bucks for something that I don't even want !

Update: Three months later I still didn't get my money. I am proceeding with legal actions, I won't let them scam people

Still waiting after ordering months ago. Only wish I’d seen these reviews before parting with my money. Will not be using this company again. I think Lego should do something about them, given they say they are a ‘Lego official affiliate’.

Wish I could give zero stars! Ordered a minifigure frame for my wife in November 2021 and was informed of long delays due to COVID etc. It's been a year and a half now and they refuse to answer my refund requests. £87 down the drain that I'll probably never get back. AVOID!

This is an update of my original review. I received a refund after much effort and time, but anyhow: I would like to take you on a journey of what it is like to order with this company:

I bought a bestseller frame, not knowing that they take months to deliver. Neither the product page, the front page nor the checkout state the absurdly long manufacturing times - exceeding those of car or furniture makers.

I cancelled within the legal 14-day period, but the company was unwilling to acknowledge the cancellation. I follow up, but nothing. Months go by until I eventually open a case with PayPal. As the case is presented, everything goes very quick and I receive a damaged and broken frame a week later.

I naturally claim the damaged goods and the company says processing this claim can take up to 30 days. Months go by and again I involve PayPal. Then everything goes very quick again and the company offers the possibility of a refund if I send in the damaged frame - I just have to pay for the shipping myself.

Better than nothing, so I ship the item back, provide the tracking ID, take photos of the parcel and shipping label and hand it in. The item is delivered and weeks go by. Although the parcel has been delivered and parcel-tracking clearly indicating that it has been delivered, PayPal rejected the case, in favor for the seller.

I write a complaint to PayPal again, asking why they ruled in favor of the seller, when the package clearly arrived and was signed for, asking PayPal for a statement.

After several more weeks I finally received a refund after much effort and more than half a year of waiting.
