As it was recorded delivery,the postie wouldn't leave it with a neighbour so the herbs spent the night in a warm sorting office cupboard and were a bit worse for wear the next day. Would have scored a 5 if they were left as asked.

Great product, great service, feels good to support a local start up trying to make a difference.

Here is my 3rd response following a phone call I received from the managing director this evening. The tone was shockingly unprofessional and I did not expect to receive shouting abuse, calling me a keyboard warrior over and over. He proceeded to tell me how reviews should be written, that I’m damaging his company’s reputation and telling me to stop talking because he was talking. It was a one way conversation and I was not prepared to take that abuse so I hung up the phone. I have never had this awful experience before and I urge customers to think twice before dealing with a company that has an arrogant bullish person fronting the business. It is only fair that I share my experience so that others can make up their own minds about whether they choose to do business with Minicrops based on all honest reviews on Trustpilot.

May I respectfully explain that my review is based on my personal experience. I do love the concept of the business that you run, but as a customer I didn’t get the service I expected from a glowing website. Indeed I did get a refund immediately on my credit card, however, I received no email or phone call or reply from your company as to why. If I hadn’t checked my account, I wouldn’t have known that my product was not going to arrive. No explanation was given to me until now via trustpilot. My review was honest and purely based on my experience. It had nothing to do who you are, what you do or how well you’ve done. It’s not a personal attack but you’ve made it highly unprofessional by insinuating I’m a keyboard warrior. Happy for you to call me directly to discuss but I don’t think it’s necessary given your response to my initial review and the fact you never communicated directly to me in the first place. Your present and future customers have the right to hear all reviews good or bad and make up their own mind.

Without a telephone call or email, mini crops cancelled my order and refunded me money for some edible flowers I ordered. When I called the office, there was no answer. I left a message for someone to call me back and no one did.
Luckily, I managed to source product somewhere else.
Terrible service. It should get zero stars

Great concept and good product (I ordered edible flowers). However, customer service needs to be improved - the telephone number on the website always goes to voicemail (and no one called me back after having left a message); similarly, my emails remained unanswered.

Wonderful concept - love that these microherbs are local, and sustainable. The taste of the different herbs was amazing and they were so fresh. They lasted a whilst too.

I think your products are amazing but for a small start up like me I do not need to spend the £15 min and then with the delivery on top it becomes very expensive. If there was a way to collect the products instead of delivery I think that would help.

I bought the sampler tray, with eight different varieties. The tastes are amazing, I never knew leafy herbs could taste so good. Seriously.
