Not only do the taste delicious but they’re so gentle on your stomach I couldn’t recommend them enough.
Will certainly be the only gel I will continue to use for all my training

Phenomenal product
Phenomenal product, market leading customer service, one of my favourite companies. I started with a trial pack, have since found my "niche" of chocolate mint gels and chocolate covered mint cakes; massively assisting my marathon training. Could not recommend enough, the literal only gels I can stomach!

Good packaging by KMC
Good packaging by KMC. Royal Mail delivered to the wrong house in the wrong village, and left the parcel somewhere where it got wet and started falling apart.
But because KMC's packaging is good, none of the contents came to harm.
Thank you; these things are to be Christmas presents, so I am very glad they were not ruined.

Not worth the hype
Was excited to try these after seeing a lot of social media posts about how it's a lot better for the stomach etc. First gel to ever make me feel sick having it due to how sickeningly sweet it was, followed an hour later by a pressing need to go to the toilet, not ideal for a long run. Had 2 will be throwing the rest out sadly.
Checking out the reviews afterwards (rookie mistake) I noticed on the page there are never any replies to reviews with less than 3 stars, clearly not much interest in anyone who doesn't stroke their egos. You may reply to every comment on trust advisor but your actually Web page has no replies to comments with less than 3 stars and only the occasional 3 star response.
Terrible maths involved in their energy bar bundles too. 6.99 for a 6 pack of bars, same for all 3 flavours and yet the bundle of all 3 flavours Is greater than the 21.97 it should come to! You're charging more for bundles?
After sharing my experience on fb I got blocked from the page so my comments would be removed, I saw similar posts and comments about it upsetting stomachs and being sickeningly sweet so it's definitely not a first.

We reply to all reviews, including this one star which we are gutted to see.
Regarding Facebook, I can see your comments were marked as spam after we received 5 instances of a profile with no profile photo messaging and commenting back to our customers and on our advertisements. Your comments will still be visible but your profile was automatically blocked for obvious reasons.
Down to the most important matter, the fact you felt ill. I would very much like to understand what has happened, I can safely say we haven’t received any comments of this nature. In fact, it’s a first.
If you could spare a minute to describe what happened, and other factors such as what you had eaten, whether you’ve used energy gels before on email to our customer service team (customer-service@kendalmint.co.uk)
I’d very much appreciate it, and I will personally handle this for you.
Finally, the bundles, I will also look into this.

Don’t bother
Really poor ordered the starter pack to see how I liked them. On arrival one gel was burst all over inside of box. Packing not damaged so was sent out like that. Options were if I send it back they will inspect it and if I’m not lying they will send me a new pack. Or they will refund me £2, they call that customer service. There’s no end of sports nutrition out there, theirs is nothing special,so won’t waste my time with these.

Hey Ian, what an absolute shame to receive a 1-star review from you. I'm so sorry you felt your experience was this poor from our little business, that is not what we aim for!
I've made this a priority and had a check through what has been said.
It looks like my team actually offered you a free return followed by a refund or a replacement? As well as the option to just get the one damaged gel refunded at speed. We didn't just tell you to send it back. I think this is quite a very fair solution.
I've also just read your final message which rejects both options?
Please, take the time to respond with which option you'd like to go with and I have no doubt we can turn this 1-star into a 5-star!
FYI the products were most definitely not sent out like that, we have a tiny team of three who take pride in everything we do here. It's most likely the box was subject to a lot of pressure during transit!
You haven't tried the products yet either, so we're excited to hear what you think once you finally do :)

Did what I need them to do but taste may not be for everyone. *try citrus mint instead so much better
Ordered a box of mint gels from the website and was delivered in 2 days. They do not taste very nice I was getting a cough mixture type taste that wasn't nice at all but that may be me. They did exactly what I needed them though. Only reason they dont get full stars is that the taste left a lot to be desired.
Edit. I tried the citrus mint gels and they are so much better. Would definitely recommend them and will be getting another box. Thank you

Terrible company
I placed and order without noticing random thing were in my basket which I didn’t put it. I emailed Kendal immediately after receiving order confirmation email asking to remove unwanted items from my order and arrange a refund. I received no response to my request and Kendal went ahead and sent the entire order within hrs of order placed. I’ve sent them another email the next day explaining what happened again but received no response. The order arrived and due to the lack of response I decided to return the entire order. I followed return instructions on the website, received automatic response that the return label will be sent which never happened. Sent another email to no avail. I then found contact details on FB and sent DM asking for return label. I was told I’ll be charged £3.99 to which I agree to. Received the label which I attached to the parcel and took to the post office. There was an issue with the provided barcode on the return label and it couldn’t be scanned. People in the post office tried multiple times using different scanners but no joy. I then decided to pay £7.65 out of my own pocket to return the parcel. I informed Kendal what happened and they said they’ll refund my postage cost with the main refund but after I received confirmation today they received my return they said they won’t be able to refund postage cost. The entire experience of dealing with this company is very poor and disappointing. It seems customers have to chase them when need Kendal’s support and the company likes wiping their hands of any responsibilities. They will bombard you with their marketing emails from the second you place your order. Disappointing service which I will avoid at all cost.

Hi Marietta, I'm very sorry to hear you feel this way. Although I may not be able to change your mind, I have taken some time to review your conversation with us and I'm hoping to shed some light on what actually happened.
I went directly to my team to find out.
Our team offered you a prepaid return and waived the return stocking fee which we would not usually do. From speaking with them, it seems this was a gesture of goodwill which I am glad to hear.
They then produced a free return label which allowed you to create a free collection from your home address via Royal Mail at a time of your choice.
Return shipping costs for perishable food goods is always a tricky one and as per our policy it is the buyers responsibility unless items are faulty or damaged. As explained by our team and our returns policy.
It also looks like we did not charge any return shipping for the label we provided on this occasion.
Unfortunately, these return instructions were not followed and you did choose to pay for an alternative shipping method at a Post Office I believe?
I have checked the prepaid return label which we provided and I can confirm it is still active and available to use.
I really do wish you had contacted us before choosing to send the parcel back your own way, we could have very easily clarified the problems you were having and would most likely have solved it there and then.
I'm happy to report that 99% of our Feedback on the service is 4.5 stars or above so I'm confident this a one-off.
However, I am going to speak to the team to find a way to exclude all alternative return methods and hopefully never have this issue again.
I hope we can deliver you the same 5-star service we always do in the future and wish you all the best.

Top top drawer service and gels absolutely love training with the products it's always something I look forward too on big big runs having the gels and bars to break the distance down. Never once been close to the dreaded wall an ran 1300km in 6 months

Probably the best sports nutrition choice in the endurance market
Ordered online through Amazon and directly through the website countless times. Never had issues with the delivery and it's good to see efforts to make the products as environmentally friendly as they can be.
I highly recommend this company and its products to anyone participating in endurance sports, especially anyone with problems stomaching the mainstream brands.
I have ordered the protein powder, gels, NRG bars and mint bars repeatedly over the years. They have seen me through training and races from half marathons, marathons and up to mountain ultramarathons and I've always been happy with the results.
It's the best tasting protein powder I've ever had, and the NRG cereal/superfood bars are streets ahead of other players in the market when it comes to getting calorie dense nutrition that doesn't taste like a year-old, hard piece of flapjack you found down the back of the sofa (not that I would eat that...).

I have doubled and triple checked your last order. You did, in fact, pay for next day delivery and we did in fact send your item using next day delivery. However, you ordered after our 2pm daily deadline which meant your order carried over by one day, as per the shipping information on our website.

I really like the products, but…
I really like the products, however this time half of the products they’d sent had a very short shelf life. This wasn’t posted on the website unlike previous times when products had a short shelf life. I was offered a refund and also told that the products will be good much beyond the date on the packaging.

Haven’t tried this brand before I have to say the gel I got was fantastic it tasted great and didn’t leave a after taste like some other brands I had the little mint bars I liked I tried it on a long training run enjoyed it when I need to get more I be buying again would recommend them

Excellent gels for long distance racing
These gels form a vital part of my triathlon race nutrition- the mint gives me a real mental kick, but is really easy to absorb and tastes great.
I’ve happily used them at 3 Ironman World Championships, and over 10 other Ironman races!
