I do not want you to send me this…
I do not want you to send me this driver for any future journeys. We did not have any communication. The trip to the airport that should have taken 38 minutes according to my route app ended up taking 75 minutes because the driver didn't want to take the M25 and instead had me in the traffic of the A406. I am very upset.

Excellent service
Driver was so polite and kind. Came on time, was sent a text message to let me know how far away he was, and was able to track his vehicle.we arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare and he correctly advised and placed our luggage on the trolley correctly.

My drivers a little late due to speed limit but he’s a super nice and polite guy and I had a pleasant journey. Also made it to the airport quite fast.

Cab arrived before time and waited until we were ready. Driver was excellent, he took a good route and dropped us off as near as possible. This driver was much better than the average.

Driver did not know where the Royal…
Driver did not know where the Royal Opera House was. i had to direct him. He had not been to this part of central London before. hence he was at least 20 minutes late on pick up. Once in car then route back reasonable. Very personable driver though.
