Great service
Car arrived a little before time, I was called by the driver and able to confirm instructions as the car was booked for my elderly father.
Very happy with service, will definitely use again for both my parents

Waiting time exceeded
My flight landed 30 mins late and I still ended up waiting 40 minutes (extra) for the cab to arrive post the original pick up time.
Very bad time keeping when you just want to get home.
40 mins is the time it takes from London to Luton so I don’t understand how it was so late.

Undoubtedly the premier car service in London
My driver arrived promptly and communicated his whereabouts to me via a phone call. His car was spotless and smelt fresh and clean. He was extremely courteous and polite and I was over and above happy with the great service I received. Keep up the good work Minicab for London. I have used you several times now and you have never let me down. This is especially important as I travel home from London alone after work and need a car service that is reasonably priced and reliable.

Yet again I was left waiting around for the driver. Despite phone call when we landed I still had to wait 35 minutes for the car to arrive. Second time now, never again

Late arrival of the driver
I usualy rate very high this company as very reliable…last night I was lucky enough to have landed ahead of schedule, but but not the driver…who arrived 45 min later… it would have made a nice difference to my very short night.
Otherwise for the rest all good…

Reliable service as always even if 04.30 is probably not best time for a ride
On time (4.30) the driver chose small roads to GTW instead of fastest one. As he was very tired (probably end of shift) his driving was less accurate and less comfortable. Otherwise all good.
