Food was great, so was service ! But was quite loud in the restaurant area!

I really enjoy the high quality of the food even though this is a sports bar. Quite often you only find tavern (junk food) in these restaurants, but here you can watch sports and dine well.

I admit even though I’m a sports person, I go for the food. The sports are an add-on for me.

Miller's Ale House was my favorite restaurant chain for years; but not anymore. Yesterday, I was denied access to the restaurant because I was with my dog, I am Hispanic. But there were two white Americans with their dog. That was definitely racism; because when there are policies, they are for everybody. The manager Christopher denied even when I showed him the couple that had the dog openly, with even water given by them in a restaurant's cup. What a shame. Trustpilot should have 0-star rating.

On Tuesday, June 23, I went to Millers ale house in Paramus to watch the England Ghana world cup game. A very nice woman came into the bar by herself and sat next to my friend and I and we chatted during the game. She was from Ghana. The issues started hen 4/5 very rowdy men started to blast England because I was wearing my England shirt. I ignored them as they were drinking too much and just acting like fools. Didn’t want to engage with them.

The problem started when they started on the Black women from Ghana and were chanting let’s go Gonorrhea, instead of Ghana. Again, we ignored the, until they wouldn’t stop. I asked them to please stop with their other racist comments as this Black women was from Ghana however, that got them started even more.

Your young female bartender came over to us and whispered to us do you want to get the manager, and we said yes. We were not planning on even asking for a manager, but she volunteered, because even she felt it was offensive. ‘
The manager, a woman came out and asked us what was going on, but she knew some of it because her bartender told her. At this point the woman from Ghana was crying and wanted to leave, but we sat her next to us and waited for the manager to address the men.

She did absolutely nothing, she saw a visibly shaken crying woman, and said they didn’t mean what they were saying, that they were actually cheering for Ghana meanwhile during the entire game they weren’t even watching the game and only started on us for the last half hour of a 2-hour game.

This is how your company handles racist comments to a black woman and told us to stay and she would take us to another section of the bar. We opted not to stay but my friend and I walked the woman to her car as we didn’t trust and feared what these men would do.

Now mind you I am a woman over 69 years old, going to have a beer to a fun game and left shaken myself and extremely upset.

I will never go back to this establishment, and plan on posting this to other sites and even go to the press, because women should not fear for their safety and to be ridiculed in your establishment and your managers do nothing.

I love millers ale house great overall environment, I love the sports bar atmosphere and the waiters and waitresses are all very knowledgeable and very polite! Greeter us with a smile and asked at every point if we were good on everything and if we needed anything else every few minutes which is very appreciated. I would highly recommend calling to this establishment for great food, good times and laughs with friends and family!

Customers are expected to set up their own utensils and napkins. Place is too loud...have to yell to have a conversation. Vegetables were cold and the typical “who gets“ when serving the food. Will not repeat.

I've been frequenting Millers Ale House for years and overall been pretty happy but the specials though, have been less than inceredible. For years I frequented their Prime Rib Thursdays and was very happy for the 12 oz. portion at (if I recall) $12.99. It was never the most tender but it was ok. Then they jumed the Special Price up to $22.99. The manager assured me that the rerason was that they changed over to a better quality of Prime Rib, until it wasn't. Just a money grab on a popular special. Now, if you see anyone ordering Prime Rib on Thursdays, or Sundays you're the lucky lotto winner. BAD CORPORATE MOVE!

Now for the latest Money Grab! CHICKEN WINGS! yes, the lowly chicken wing. They used to used the Large Roaster Wings, but someone made the decision that the customer wouldn't notice now that the large plates that used to be full are now about half full with the tiny fryer wings. One week I actually thought they made a mistake and bought cornish game hen wings, they were so small. Even at the special price of $1 per large wing they are making out like bandits with 10 pc, per lb. Currently they pay less than $3 per lb. so their markup on a special price is a healthy (.30) 330%. Really? You're going to chase your loyal customer base across the street to Hurricane (with the large roaster wings) Wings restaurant for that? Customers notice when a plate that was full last week, is now 1/2 full this week. The only ones your kidding is yourselves. and I'm sure Hurricane is thankful. I mean, c'mon, Millers is a sports bar and what are sports bars known for? Beer and Wings! If i'm not there for the wings, I'm not there for the beer either and neither are my freinds or family too.
I was actually hopeful! I was a customer every week and I hung in there week after week hoping it was just a supplier error. But it was not, so now I (and others) enjoy the the large chicken wings every week across the street at Hurricane Wings, for even a lower price ($11.88) price! You lost customers that were yours for years because of simple money grab moves. It's a special! Duh. Miller's now has the tiniest Chicken Wings anywhere by choice and what used to be a busy Wednesday is now just a sprinkling of customers. WE DO NOTICE!

I HATE THIS PLACE I ORDERED SOMETHING AND I DIDNT GET IT

They charge a packaging fee (who does that?) and then give you terrible packaging. For example. Sides are thrown on top of the main course with sauce--sides become soggy. Food is OK but overpriced. We've been there several times, keep being disappointed. We're done with Millers.

I visited for lunch on Friday and had a disappointing experience. We were seated after a few minutes in a section where the bartender was also the server. After waiting about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment, we asked the host, who said she would let the bartender know we were waiting. Even after being told, the bartender continued making drinks and never came over to our table.
There is a kiosk to order, but the lunch specials aren’t available on it, so that wasn’t helpful. After waiting with no service, we left and went to LongHorn, where we were served within minutes. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced understaffing during lunch, so we won’t be returning.

Pros: The number one reason we come here is pets allowed. Had a great time in the outdoor bar area with a lovely server, Faith who took care of everything we needed. We had wings, four sauces, 5 Pepper, Hot, Peach BBQ and Korean BBQ - all very very good and would rival any wing place in Pcola. We also had the Bavarian Pretzel and the mustard and cheese sauce are great, plus it's enough for two. Clean, professional staff and friendly. This is our go to when we want a respite from the beach and it did not disappoint. Thank you Faith!

It was my brother's birthday and we wanted to have a birthday dinner with him, And Miller Ale House made it a memorable night after, the outback steakhouse in Pensacola Florida Airport Blvd across the street from them almost ruined it for us,

We had dinner at the Kernel cir. Location in Fort Myers. We had Dana for our server and if I didn’t already love Miller’s Dana gave us such a great experience. Her service is unmatched ! Not even at a five start restaurant had I had that kind of service!!

Told us wait would be 35 mins, waited well over an hour, place wasn’t even busy??? We left and went elsewhere. Avoid.

Very nice company. Donated food to our school and was very generous. The food was excellent.

I get a text that the delivery is here. I respond ok. I'm waiting and waiting. I asked, 'are you bringing it in?" He messages me it's at the door. Does he ring the bell? No! Did nothing to earn his 20% tip. Simple order, 3 items. Two of them Zingers with the same sauce and they forgot the sauce on both of them. Even at the bar it takes forever to get a food order with the bar 20% crowded. DONE!

Went to eat prime rib, I ask if they had any medium rare and was told they had plenty. Ordered two prime rib dinners. It come with just one side order. No salad and they don't serve bread. Food came out cold and way over cooked. We were so hungry we ate what we could. I told the waiter that we were not happy with the food. I payed full price and left a tip, never again. Worst prime rib I have ever had. I didn't even waste my time with left overs because I wouldn't have fed it to a dog. This was at the Snellville, Georgia location.

Go into Millers for lunch with the wife. We get seated prior to sitting she went to the restroom, while looking over the menu a roach went scurrying across the back of her seat. Got the phone out and I swear he tipped his hat at me. The manager came by and I told him, his response? Youwant a table for 3? Haha C ya
