Bonefish Grill Recenzje 

I have not been to Bonefish in years. Last time was in North Carolina, was good. However, I cannot say the same for the Lancaster, PA location. I ordered three appetizers for lunch and what a disappointment. The calamari was light biting into a salt lick, there was more breading than calamari (which was hard to find)and it was chewy like rubber. The crab cakes were perfectly formed like something you would get in the frozen section of a supermarket. They were mushy, tasteless and there was mostly filling and little crab. The bang bang shrimp was just so so shrimp. Again, way too much breading. All in all a very disappointing culinary experience. It will not be years til I go to Bonefish again. It will be, I am never going to Bonefish again.

They used to. Be heat but now they have become just okay.

My husband and I had lunch in the Murfreesboro TN. location. His ahi tuna was WELL done and coated in something very salty. He sent it back, only to receive tuna that was still cold. We are out $78 with tip, and
I can't find any way to connect with their customer service manager. Does one even exist?

I happen to like Bonefish grill and after a brief spell of food poisoning ordered the fish and chips from Uber.
Not complaining about Uber as they were quick delivering my order.

well I do not know what part of fish and chips is on their mind. It certainly wasn't fish only. called them. I should have put chips as a side!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered FISH AND CHIPS!
Should have said I wanted malt vinegar too although it was advertised that way.

My sorority sisters and I had a wonderful experience at Bonefish in Montgomery, Al. Ty”yona was our chef and waitress and she was awesome. She greeted us with a big smile, explained our choices from the menu and provided excellent care during our entire dining experience. The food was appealing and delicious. We will definitely stop there again when traveling through Montgomery. Thanks, Ty’yona!

bonefish is very anti handicapped people

We were meeting our newly wed niece and her new husband while on their honeymoon to have a celebratory dinner because we were unable to attend the dinner. Our bill was over $150 and we were ALL still hungry when we left and we ordered 2 deserts but the newlyweds was free. I think the portions were VERY small for the price. The food was pretty good. I usually cannot eat my whole meal when out for dinner but I didn’t have a problem here. I was surprised at the cost per serving! 3 out of 4 were still hungry!

From the start, our experience at Bonefish Grill this past Saturday night 7/11/206 was pretty bad. We made sure to have a reservation which we did for 6:15 PM. When we got there, we stated our name and time of the reservation. What we got was attitude from the hostess. She asked how many people on the reservation when she just had to look at the confirmed reservation. Why ask it and then why would they not have a table ready. Then she had a long conversation with one of the servers so we told her we would go to the bar to get drinks. Well, that was a disaster as well as the bartender was in a deep discussion with another patron who was already served and had his drinks. When I used to bartend years ago, you always get the new customers drink orders 1st. So, we waited and waited but she never came over to take our order. We went back to the hostess and our table was finally ready. Numerous tables were set and available to be seated and yet we still had to wait for this particular table way in the back of the restaurant. That particular area was swamped with waiters and waitresses, and all were running to get their food. When the food finally came, the food was subpar, and they forgot to give me my side which comes with dinner until halfway thru dinner. It was not a good experience at all. We will not be going back to that location again in Birkdale NC

We sat down for dinner and nobody ever came. No waiter. No waters. Nothing. So we said we would wait 15 minutes and if no one spoke to us then we would leave. Nobody ever came and nobody saw us leave… weirdest thing. I’ve never had that happen before.

Food is wonderful but hostess service depends on the day. Last time we were throughly impressed. Today however, the restaurant was practically empty and we were asked did we have reservations, then were told it would be a 25 min wait. I asked what if I called and made reservations? They couldn't take them. I went online and made reservations for 15 minutes later. Went back inside and were told to wait outside it would be about 15 min......
really ?I see only a few tables with anyone here.

I finally checked out Bonefish Grill for the first time, and I really enjoyed everything about it. The atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious. What made the night truly special was the incredible hospitality. The new manager, CeCe, went out of her way to make sure we were having a great time, and Tiara at the bar was amazing—super attentive and mixing up great drinks. Outstanding service from start to finish. I'll definitely be back!

When we attended there was a large party that was very noisy and annoying with loud music. The people were enjoying themselves, which is good, but we weren't warned.
Therefore, we asked for our meal to be packed up. We ate within 15 minutes. The fish was tasteless, overdone and dry. I gave it to my dog. It also did not include crab meat and it was described as being a fish and crab dish. The drink was good but the food was awful. The serivce was so slow. I don't blame the service staff because they had a large party to service. I blame Bluepoint for not having a large-enough staff, not telling people there is a noisy party with music in the dining room and the chef who doesn't know how to cook fish!!!!!

Visited the location on McMullen Booth Road in Clearwater. Unfortunately the dining experience was lackluster. We ordered the seafood for two entree and the shrimp was tasteless, all the fish option were dry and the side brussel sprouts were hard and inedible. Will not be returning to this restaurant.

I got the shrimp and scallops scampi pasta and the shrimp were small and the scallops were tiny. Would not recommend

I am writing to share my recent experience rather than leaving a negative public review.
I made a reservation at Bonefish Grill for my son’s 16th birthday at 6:00 PM on April 9th. This would have been our first visit, and I had heard many great things about your restaurant.
Prior to our reservation, I received a call from a manager, Rocco, who informed me that the restaurant was experiencing plumbing issues and did not have water, so they needed to cancel our reservation. I completely understand that unexpected situations happen and appreciated the notification.
Fortunately, I was able to make last-minute arrangements elsewhere to celebrate my son’s birthday. However, when I later called back to confirm that the restaurant was still closed, I was surprised to learn that they had reopened. No one reached out to inform me that they were back in operation or to see if I still wished to come in.
When I asked the employee why I hadn’t been contacted, there was no clear response. I also inquired whether anything could be offered for the inconvenience, given the special occasion, and was simply told to “tell him happy birthday” before the call ended. I found this interaction to be dismissive and discourteous.
As someone who had high expectations based on what I’ve heard, this experience was disappointing. I wanted to bring this to your attention, so you are aware of how this situation was handled and the impression it left.

bonefish you should be ashamed of yourselves. I visited this establishment on 3/29/26 for early dinner with two other ladies, had reservation for 3pm had a small wait so we stand at the bar and order cocktail. the bartender was a lil unfriendly complaining about her being the only one making drinks and waiting tables. we just want a drink and conversation amongst us ladies. then our table was ready and them damn chairs need to be throwing in the garbage, they were raggedy and worn, come on BF you are supposedly a high-end restaurant. the food was just ok. I had a salad and crab cakes and truffle fries with was old, but I did not want to send them back because it would be taking far too long to get another order. You have truly wanted down in quality. I will not be returning

I used to really enjoy eating at Bonefish Grill. It was always a solid, dependable spot for a good meal, nice atmosphere, and consistent service. Unfortunately, that just doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.

Somewhere along the way, whether it was changes after being sold or the ripple effects of inflation during and after COVID, the overall experience has noticeably declined. The food quality doesn’t feel the same, portions seem smaller, and the value just isn’t there like it used to be. What was once a place you could confidently recommend now feels hit-or-miss at best.

It’s disappointing because this used to be one of those “safe choice” restaurants where you knew what you were getting. Now it feels like they’re relying more on the name than delivering the experience that built their reputation in the first place.

I really hope they can get back to what made them great, but for now, there are simply better options out there

We came to Bonefish on Saturday February 21st. We had a fantastic meal and our server was Star, she did a great job. She was very attentive and made sure we had a very good dining experience. We will definitely be coming back 😁

We decided to go to Bonefish in the Villages (Florida) today. The wife was looking to enjoy your salmon.I wanted to try something different. Wife ordered the salmon with aspargus side and cole slaw. I asked about the quality of the fish taco. I ordered from the lunch menu and was told the portions were small and to try the dinner option. Results: Salmon was thin obviously from the tail, and very fatty on the down side. Aspargus was exactly like it came from the can, hardly al dente, more like mush. As for the fish taco, as I told my server, they were the worst I have ever tried. of the three, I ate just short of two. Thinking the first one was an outlier. No excuse for this, The question is where is the quality? We have been dinning rewards members for years .Looking forward to your response, but honestly don't know how you can cover this.
