Our enquiry was answered so promptly, even though it was out of hours and I didnt expect an answer until the next day. They went out of their way to check stock and then our plant arrived quickly and in excellent condition.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase
Absolutely delighted with my purchase – I don’t know why I was expecting seeds, but thrilled- literally jumping up and down with joy to receive PLANTS of a couple of very hard to source perennials (I didn’t read description carefully- listed as seedlings).
I am placing a second order as we speak – very good experience arrived quickly very well packed and in good condition.
Very confident now that I can grow on this rarity. 😃

The my shopping experience was easy but.....
The my shopping experience was easy and delivery was prompt but unfortunately the two broccoli plants I received were very yellow and limp when they arrived. I planted them out straight away and four days later I think they are dead. The spinach plants survived just fine in the same postage box

Hi Nigel, Thanks for your feedback. I am always happy for people to email me as soon as they receive their plants when there is an issue, and to try and rectify the problem. It may be an issue with the journey as the plants were in excellent condition when they were sent.

Hi Anne, thanks for your review, I will look into the issues with my website. I am always trying to improve the website quality. I have looked at your parcel tracking and saw that your parcel took an extra long time to get to you. That is why the leaves have yellowed considerably. They will be fine to recover with correct care, as they were sent as healthy plants with good roots. Maybe next time to avoid long postage times select express shipping options when ordering plants from anyone.

I love the way the plants are packed. You get a good sized plant for the money. Excellent customer service and I love the flexibility that is provided.
