The plants arrived in good condition…
The plants arrived in good condition (which the postie thoughtfully placed in the shade, as I wasn't home) and with comprehensive instructions for after-care. They seem to be flourishing, a little early to tell, but I am happy to buy more plants in the future, knowing they will survive.

I was looking to find some Purple Loosestrife plants having seen how some native bees were attracted to them at the ANBG. I saw the plants on Midsummer Herbs online and was easily able to order. Knowing we were in the middle of a heatwave, I chose the express delivery option. The plants were shipped by Midsummer on a Monday...and arrived at my home in Canberra at lunchtime on Tuesday. The plants were so much better than I expected, already beyond 30cm and so healthy. They were excellently packed and travelled well with the moist wrappings. I could not have been more pleased with both the quality of the plants and the service from Midsummer Herbs. Five stars.

I received the herbs in good time, and good condition, and I liked the way the roots were wrapped up and moist. Also the plants were generous and in good condition.

Your Plant was sent in excellent condition. I can see from your tracking that your parcel was left in the post office over the weekend. With this heat that would have led to leaf damage.
