I can tell they value their customers
I've had a bit of confusion with the order my son and I placed. With just me reaching out to their customer service, I could tell they cared about me as a customer. They always responded within an hour even with the time change (we are in the US). They continually provided me support and helped me fix the problem instead of ignoring it or avoiding it. Pretty good.
The site is pretty easy to navigate. High quality products. Definitely will come back again and order some other jewelry that I have been eyeing. Lots of promotional deals which is always good. Although, my order took a while to arrive but customer service is pretty great on helping with order tracking, which is good. Keep up the good work!

I got what I want
I am from Hungary and I have my trust issues with ordering from a small business unknown. However I still buy and I can completly say that It’s worth it. I got what I want quality jewelery for a payable price. Easy to order and pay also I got It on time in a nicely wrapped package . Just in love with my necklaces !

The Best Ever!
This was the first and won’t be the last time I will be shopping with this company. Let us start with the service first, I had a few questions and sent an email with in a few minutes I got a response and they assisted me with every single question. The next day, I had a question about the shipping and they double check and made sure the information they was provided me with was correct. I had reach out again because I made a mistake on the order and Abby was so nice and understanding found a very good and fair solution for me. Now the product is excellent I still can’t believe you are able to get a such a quality product for this amount of money. The design, the color even down to the packaging is quality I never been so impressed by a company service and product in my life. Amazing products!
I don’t know what everyone is on about. I got a pendant and a chain from here and I have a cuff coming in. It is true, it will NOT turn your neck green. I have acidic skin and the products have been excellent so far. I’m kind of obsessed with them.

Dont buy at midnight, any other jewelry store is better
Made an order back in early october, still have not received my package. I have contacted customer support 5-6 times and they they respond everytime with “We will contact you when we have an update from the courier”. Now almost 2 months later and still no update, no package and no refund, even after asking for it.
Probably some 18 year old with his dropship company, horrible shopping experience and a waste of my time.
