Easy to download, did not break the bank and it works!

I got the Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus software and key via email very soon after purchase. It installed without a problem and I checked each application in the suite of tools and they all seem to work fine. The price for the software was amazing. I will be going back to this site for future purchases. Thank you!

Everything went smoothly from shopping to purchase and all the way through to download and use. Having the Office suite on my PC has made a huge impact on my daily work life.

After installation, a window popped up and notified me that this software could damage my computer. I did a search online and Microsoft’s own web site stated the following:
“Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus purchased online are not legitimate. They are sold in contravention of the Microsoft licence. They may work for a long or short time but Microsoft will disable it.”
I will be contacting my credit card company to request a refund.

Purchased Microsoft Home and Business 21. Attempted for 4 days to install and operate the app. Had to delete everything Microsoft related from my computer and reload the purchased app. The app kept asking for QRC code. App kept requesting that I sign up for its 365 softwre. Tried contacting Microsoft for 4 days by phone with no result. Phone busy. Customer service was poor.

It is the most user unfriendly site I have ever visited. It is very easy to buy software but to download and install it it is a nightmare. There is a online chat to help with purchase but once you have purchased you can only get a "Frequently asked question" type help. I have downloaded and installed not less that 100 different genuine software packages including those from Microsoft , but to buy it from Microsoft Store is a nightmare.

I purchased, downloaded and installed without any problems. The instructions were clear and when I had one question it was answered easily through the online chat.

Win11 license didn't work. This is a scam site, I want my money back. Will be disputing hte charge on my credit card statement

Was advised I could update my windows after I purchased the windows 10 I found out I could not update my laptop and never used the code or license when I reached out to customer service they advised to send an email for a refund since it was never used. When I did they refused to refund me. Horrible experience especially when your given incorrect information from one of your own customer service representatives.

Both of the keys worked really well and the download guide was easy to follow and execute. 3 stars for their customer support. I never received any support when I thought I hadn't received any instructions for installation. On that note, check your spam folder after your purchase. The installation instructions were sent to my spam folder and I didn't see it until 2 days later. Another suggestion, if your account is linked to a OneDrive account already, make sure to unlink it first. OneDrive is saying there's an error when I try to connect.
