There is no way to do this you have to copy and paste the code and send it via email. Which seems mad

I could not work out what happened accidentally redeemed it to my account. I am now stuck with a useless credit on my microsoft account

Ease of use and downloading /setup was a non issue.

The purchase itself was fine getting the software and installing and on my computer with another whole story. I am visually challenged and I called Microsoft to get some help uploading my software and getting it set up on my computer and taking off Microsoft 365 to do so. The worker I spoke with tried to upsell me over $100 worth of Microsoft 365 told me that the purchase that I just purchased was not valid that it wouldn’t go on my computer and that what I had wasn’t going to work so he said that he was going to refund me my 3995 and he was going up charge me $149 for Microsoft 365 for a lifetime well that didn’t sound right. So he then asked me to put my credit card information on a clipboard and I said I would be glad to speak to the business office and make sure that my credit card goes to a secure offering nope that’s not how we do things here I said is this Microsoft he goes yup we are Microsoft employees still try to get me to put my information on a clipboard and not in a secured site for purchasing $149 option for a lifetime which at this point I knew it was a scam. I had no intention of proceeding forward at this point I then told him to connect from my computer and I told him that I would figure it out and that he was scamming me, and I didn’t like it, and he was lying to me so that I disconnected from that phone call call a friend of mine who is a computer with and he took OneNote off my computer which was prohibiting me from installing the new option Microsoft 2021. That did not take us but about 10 minutes 15 minutes to get one note off and then to upload the new Microsoft so from that standpoint, it was great from a standpoint of needing help. Microsoft was horrible. You don’t know if you’re talking to an actual employee or if you’re just there to get scammed I would never do it again.

The download fails and is blocked. Never received the software.

Very fast for my windows 11 pro activation code in mins I had too but it because I couldn't use my windows 11 pro from a different PC I had that stopped powering up so I boughten a new all in one but it came with windows 11 home unlike my other Mini PC that had windows 11 pro per installed

Why is there even a difference between microsoft store and microsoft.com?

Word product expired after 2 months. They sent me a new product key code. That one didn’t work. Asked for a refund received no response! Beware.
