I tried to reactivate my Office after a fresh Windows installation. The key didn’t work, so I contacted MS support. They told me the key had been activated 20 times elsewhere.

I created a ticket with microsoftkeys.net, but they never replied, even after months. I submitted another ticket weeks ago, and still zero response.

They scammed me out of $40 for an illegal Office key.

Bought keys several weeks ago. Have been trying to get my licenses activated and of the 4 office keys I purchased 2 won’t activate and support is not very helpful about this.

La pire commande de ma vie !! tout est dis dans les différents avis que malheureusement je n ai pas lus avant de commander ! je ne pensais pas que microsoft pouvais être aussi NUL! Le 25/09 je commande une xbox série x galaxy et une batterie manette livraison estimée le 30/09 , le 26/09 la batterie est expédié et j attend le 30/09 pour demander pour la console donc là on me dis pas avant minimum le 8 octobre donc trop long pour moi je veux annuler pour la console ! annulation impossible car la batterie qui était aussi avec la commande de la console a été expédié donc on ne peut pas annuler que la console !! Microsoft qui te dis ça ! Déjà dans le droit français de la consommation nous avons bien le droit d annuler un article qui n’a pas été expédié et c’est tout ! hallucinant donc litige paypal ouvert et le pompom de tout ça UPS qui pour la batterie est incapable de me livrer (2 tentatives de livraisons et je travaille à mon domicile ) donc moi j attend cette batterie pour vite la renvoyer à microsoft pour pouvoir annuler la commande et surtout maintenant qu ils ne m’expédient pas la console car quand je vois que UPS n est pas capable aussi de te livrer!!! c’est la première fois aussi que je vois ça! Donc au final: Pas de console, envoi de recommandé à microsoft, litige paypal ! et j attends de clôturer ce remboursement !! entre temps les abonnements xbox ont doublés donc on va aller chez la concurrence
Donc comme cité dans les avis OUBLIEZ MICROSOFT ils s‘engraissent et ce foute des clients !!

I have always found Microsoft store to consistently show unbeatable pricing, and I have never had an issue with a bad product key. If you do on upgrading to Win 11 Home to Pro, make sure you do all the Home updates before entering the Pro key.

I was able to download and install the software (with no issues) immediately after purchase.

I tried to use product key and it said it was already in use so I formatted all my drives and re downloaded windows and tried to use the product key again and still didn’t work Scam waste of 35 bucks

Update: A friend helped me to resolve this issue... Performed a Repair on MS Office and was able to reenter the Key. MS Office is now working.
Previous Review: I purchased MS Office 2024 Pro Plus Lifetime from them in May '25. The key provided does not work. When trying to open any Office app, I get MS Office LTSC Pro Plus 2024 Preview has expired. When trying to activate the license with Microsoft, it fails (unredeemable). I called (callers are blocked) and emailed the company with no response.

This company is a true scam artist. The address is not real, they pay to use it. The "license" I purchased worked for about 6 weeks, then stopped working and I have learned since that I was scammed. By robbing $25-35 only from each person, they avoid being sued.

Absolutely the worst software to try and use. Very difficult, waste of money because I can't get the right product downloaded on my computer.

Apparently, I've purchased a disabled 'LTSC Professional Plus 2024 Preview' license that they've marketed as being a 'Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus Lifetime' license. 0-stars inappropriate language assholes.

Just use a credit card and call your bank to get your money back. It's a pain, but that's what can happen when you try to buy it for cheap.

Two clicks, and I had another copy of Windows 11

I tried to download Windows 11 (I currently have Windows 10) but I received an error message that the download was broken/corrupt. I tried downloading two more times and received the same error message. I decided to call the number posted on the website for help and it came back as a "vacant" number. I have the patience to deal with the broken/corrupt download, it was the bad phone number that earned the low rating.
