Excellent service from the Aberdeen depot, helpful, kept me informed throughout the delivery process, very happy with the service and price. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

9 days later and still waiting for a delivery of package. Have phoned everyday, sometimes twice with always promise to call back - they don't! One phonecall I was told my consignment has been in back fo van and they can't get hold of driver. Horrendous customer service!

Scratched our floor on delivery by pushing a palate across the floor instead of carrying it after charging an exorbitant fee. They now will not respond to requests to resolve the issue. The flooring is less than a year old. Very displeased
Edit: I contacted this company again as requested with details of the damage and received no response for weeks. The replies here on trustpilot are clearly just to display a caring image with no actual intention to follow through and resolve issues - shameful

Awful just awful . I was in but they never tried to deliver my parcel . I phoned them and was told to visit the depot on Saturday but it was closed

A very expensive parcel being delivered to me was scanned into the Inverness hub and then sat there for 4 days. I called twice and no one ever called me back, even though they said they would. Called again and then told it would go out on the 5th day they had possession of it, apparently it had to go to another sub hub and they only came to my area on certain days. I live mainland UK, its the 21st century how can a logistics company be so rubbish at 1) doing the job and 2) having good customer service.

I missed their delivery, and I used the card they left to arrange by phone to collect at Aberdeen. The arrangements were conducted very promptly, politely and efficiently; they involved the company making a return phone call, which actually happened - a rare event in my experience. I collected around 5:30pm on the Friday before a bank holiday, and I expected fairly brisk treatment. It was busy all right, but I met with nothing but kindness and a genuine concern to unite me with my parcel. On my leaving, they queued up to help me with the fairly heavy package.

Collection scheduled via DHL, M&H Carriers Argyll we’re scheduled to collect, failed to do so. Failed to call my number or email me even though both were in the paperwork. ‘Management’ were incredibly abrupt when I refused to leave the parcel outside due to its value. Their response to me was, ‘…it’s just a box to us’. The DHL client was shocked when I shared the verbatim comment with them. I’d avoid at all cost.

Shocking service !! Stick with DPD or DX . Sat with my order in Aberdeen for 3 days and still never loaded it for delivery on day 3. Its now coming up for the weekend . Told them return to sender . It was underlay for my daughters carpets. She now has carpets on top of concrete. Thank you very much (not)

Driver from the Elgin depot went above and beyond to sort out a problem which had arisen from the transfer of a parcel from another courier.

Nicola and the team in Aberdeen did a great job of delivering an outsize package from one end of the country to another. Lots of willing attention to detail including delivery in a suitable vehicle for accessing our narrow track. The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful too. Five stars to all at the team!

Had the misfortune to have a delivery by these cowboys, absolutely zero communication, zero tracking, zero accountability..

Utterly unbelievable this business actually gets contracts.

Yet another fifth-rate UK freight company, noticeably poor service despite operating in a barely regulated field that is already notorious for poor service.
No tracking, no communications, no indication of a likely delivery date.
Surly, foul-mouthed staff.
Falsely listed my delivery as “signed for” three days before they actually delivered it, then tried to get me to sign for it while it was still on the truck.
All became clear when they finally got it to the door and I saw that my new washing machine was scratched and dented and looked like it had made part of the journey by trebuchet.
As with no many UK couriers and logistics companies, they are absolute cowboys.
Another one for the blacklist.

Five stars well-deserved! I can't recommend highly enough, guys working at Aberdeen depot were incredibly helpful. From start to finish.

I can’t rate this company highly enough. M and H were a 3rd party carrier for DX Express (disgraceful) for a recent purchase. One phone call to the Glasgow (Argyll) depot and a solution was found.

Had some issues, with late delivery

I have updated my review to 4 star as a manager in Aberdeen sorted this all out in professional manner, with apology and explanation, credit where credit is due, thank you
