M&H Carriers Recenzje 

Every time I order anything we never get it on time. Their website is “mince” and you do not know where your parcel is and when you will receive it. Although they are an agent for APC and my experience of them is good elsewhere it is M & H that keep failing.

Horrible is the only word I can describe the service.
My order of wetwalls panels meant to arrive on 15/10 and I had delivered on 24/10 .They just turn up when ever they want without letting you know so after 2 delivers have been failed had to hire a van to collect it and to find out that panels were damaged.
Won't recommend to anyone

After a delay of 2 days, with no explanation as to why, parcel arrived today, and driver took it away with them again, surely after not fulfilling your original delivery obligations you could have contacted myself prior to the late delivery today
Have to say very unprofessional and unreliable service the company provides

Fast and professional service. Quick and clear quote.
Good price for pallet delivery service.
Professional attitude of the driver.
I really struggle to find any issues ( and i like to be grumpy every now and again)

Had issue with a delivery due to ups, both depots from Inverness and Elgin, extremely helpful. Politeness goes without saying, customer service excellent. Job well done more so from your guys at the Elgin depot.

3 times in a row perishable items sit in depot too long, had to pick up this time or 3 times produce ruined. APC emailed to say item will be delivered next day (2 day delivery), then MH sit on it until day 5, even after APC state it will be drlivered on a certain date, MH hide behind the APC 2-5 delivery statement, even after APC say it will be delivered next day.

One driver told me , current driver cant cope and is cherry picking, making no effort to deal with perishable items, current drivers says they are under staffed and blame the caos on management.

Craig from customer support was not at all helpful, condescending, left me upset, also telling me the almost 50% 1 star on TrustPilot is fake, lol, strange how APC sit at 10% 1 star only.

I will be writing to APC with concerns there reputation and credibility is being damaged by these unconcerned clowns, terrible service.

Thanks to Nicola’s help in the Aberdeen office I was finally able to send a suitcase of clothes to Fort William having been let down previously by DPD & DHL.

Had delivery today and very dissapointed. The delivery man refused to bring the 1m/2.4m and 20kg parcel inside of my house despite me asking as im a single woman and dond have anyone to ask for help and its heavy for me. wouldt recomend this company.

EE phone left on Thursday, said I would get it next day, scanned in Glasgow on Saturday. Next scanned in Inverness on Monday morning. Phoned M & H up on Monday afternoon, said they would deliver it on Tuesday morning as in cage and can not get it. Phoned today, out for delivery Wednesday. So in Inverness warehouse for 3 days on a 24 hrs next day delivery from EE

Very helpful and great staff who progressed large delivery from Aberdeen to Brighton. Customer Services explained the process, answered my multiple questions quickly and professionally, making it very easy to work with them. Thank you for all your help throughout the process. Delivery arrived securely packaged and without issue. Would definitely use again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Helped me with for big size parcel delivery to London from Aberdeen. Accepted the parcel without prior booking which was my mistake but office helped accepting the package, explaining the process and made it very easy to work with. Customer service was very responsive to my email and kept me updated with status of my order time to time.

Local driver is excellent, but he is let down by shoddy service from the depot.
Two parcels of stock travelling with DHL have sat with them for a week which should be on the shelves in my shop at the height of the tourist season.
Phones and emails go unanswered.
If you have too many parcels then you clearly need to recruit more drivers, or take on less contract work.

From 1st phone call to M&H Carriers they did every thing for me, package was picked up within 2 and a half hours that's what I call good service.

Excellent quick service for our daughter’s birthday present being delivered. Spoke to someone on the phone who was extremely helpful and a friendly accommodating driver dropped our parcel soon after. Thank you!

I had been trying to get my husbands bike delivered back home from Inverness, but lots of companies didn't want to know and DHL refused the bike as it had batteries in the lights!!!
Nicola came to the rescue when I phoned M&H Carriers. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she kept me updated throughout the process.
The bike arrived today and I now have a happy man reunited with the love of his life.....his bike.
Nicola is a credit to the company.

Story of my life! This is Friday. My new unfurnished apartment is a top floor apartment in a building of 2 other apartments. I have been expecting my delivery since Wednesday. Driver comes that Wednesday, claims to have knocked the door downstairs, took a picture of the door, but did not put a call across to me. I did not receive any call. After calling to follow up on my delivery, was told delivery will be made again yesterday, i.e., Thursday. Waited all day again at home, but no delivery. Called backed at 3pm and was told they can only deliver on Monday. It's a mattress! How am I suppose to be sleeping on the floor for 3 more nights after doing so 3 nights already? This is unacceptable!

Excellent service from the Aberdeen office transporting my large item from Aberdeen to Lingfield in Surrey. Was kept informed through the process and it was a swift and sure service from getting the price from Nicola in the office to my item being pick up in Aberdeen to delivery in Surrey.
Will be using their great service again in future.

First class service. Called on Monday for a package to be collected from Barnsley. It was picked up next morning and then delivered to me in NE Scotland on Thursday morning.

Parcel uplifted and delivered within one day, was a pleasurable experience to have someone do what they said they would do, unfortunately it happens so rarely, thank you Nicola at Aberdeen
