MGY Estate Agents & Chartered Surveyors Recenzje

Becky in particular and her colleagues at Cardiff Bay MGY were great. We gave them a key and they took care of all the viewings. There were quite a few viewings and it took a while to sell our property due to a couple of buyers not being able to proceed and having to relist the property. Becky always kept us up to date and gave feedback after every viewing. A great service and good value for the fee paid. Thank you Becky and Team.

Very professional service. Prompt with responses to requests and questions around the process. Approachable and friendly.

Met with Becky and discussed the price and put it on the market. We sold within 2 weeks and exceeded what I thought we would get for the property.

We dealt primarily with Oliver in the Pontcanna branch and Kirstie to a lesser extent. We bought a property through them and also sold our home. The Pontcanna branch staff were courteous, professional and responsive. Sale and purchase were complex but everything aligned with imagination and endeavour from all. I can highly recommend the Pontcanna branch for house sales.

Becky, Oliver and Kirstie were very responsive and helpful throughout the transaction and handled the dressing of the apartment in order to assist with the marketability of the apartment, with minimal input from us, and to a positive conclusion. I have no complaints and would be happy to recommend them.

Great smooth process so far regarding our new rental. Communication’s have been fast and clear.

Top estate agent. Made everything simple, covered all viewings and prices our property fairly and competitively. Genuinely nice people to deal with who care about their clients.

It was a real pleasure working with MGY from start to finish. From the very first meeting and photographs to guiding us through the whole process, the team were supportive, accessible, and always on hand to help with communication. Everything felt smooth and professional, and I always felt well looked after. I’d highly recommend MGY and would definitely choose them again next time.

MGY was instrumental in helping an international resident through the letting process here in Cardiff. They were accurate, transparent, and accessible. Highly recommended for their professionalism and ease of service. Loving my flat.

Sold my apartment with MGY Cardiff Bay. The team were very helpful throughout the process, ensuring they were communicating each stage. They explained everything in detail for ease of understanding. You could easily get hold of the team, but if not they would be really fast in replying via phone or email. Highly recommend MGY if you’re thinking of selling.

Brilliant service - needed a Help to Buy Survey, was completed quickly and professionally - really pleased. Would not hesitate to recommend A+++

MGY estate agents were the most professional people l have ever had the pleasure to liaison with..They represented us at every twist and turn of the very difficult time of moving .They talked to the buyer.constantly reassuring her and of our plans to move forward and to keep her on board.Vicci (Manager)was particularly outstanding in controling all aspects of the move.Trust me you could not get a better advisor..And finally when you phone the office any time you always get a friendly voice on the phone .helpful and sincere in the way of Hallie always willing to help.So thank you to all the team at the Barry office.Vale of Glam.especially Vicci and Hallie for a trouble free move..Regards Stuart @Sandra..ps.Well worth the money!

I bought my first place via MGY and Becky. I highly recommend MGY. Becky in particular made what typically is a stressful process seem smooth, and any questions (and I had lots!) were always answered and explained. Becky was available, kind and knowledgable. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of working with Cheryl (and occasionally Spencer) whilst sorting a commercial lease. Cheryl has a lot of experience, which made it easy to trust that things would be done properly and professionally. It wasn't a straight forward transaction (thanks to a storm blowing off more than a few roof tiles from the property!), but she made the process a lot less stressful thanks to her communication with both me and the landlords. It was great to have Spencer on hand too, when Cheryl wasn't available. Thank you both for your time and energy on this.

We had a very good experience with MGY specially Halle was very much approachable and tried to answer all the queries while we our visit to the property.
She even arranged extra visits during our process whenever we requested for it. She was really helpful and supported us throughout the process. I highly recommend MGY to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent.
The only suggestion that I have as a first time home owner is that the hand over of the key was very casual, I was expecting that moment to be bit more ceremonial but never mind may be its just me….

Was great to see Dawn again for our rental inspection this year. Dawn is thorough when reviewing the property and feeding back to our Landlord. Also very quick to file her report too. We even heard from our landlord a few hours after Dawns visit to discuss the minor repairs needed! And if Dawn says she's going to sort something out, it gets sorted out. A pleasure to deal with.

I have dealt with MGY several times and have always been extremely happy with their services. Thank you for being so professional.

If I could add another star I would. Selling my late mother's leasehold flat had become a nightmare and we were at our wits end and looking for a third Estate Agents when my sister found the MGY Barry Branch almost by accident. I could write a glowing report just about all the hoped for agents' services alone that they provided - eg: excellent marketing, maintaining consistent contact with us - reporting potential interest, feedback on every visit etc etc but that was just the assured background to the truly professional expertise that Vicci Shires provided. The real work was how she kept the process moving once we had an offer. We were unfortunate with our very tardy solicitors (a separate part of the nightmare) and Vicci knowledgeably, diligently and appropriately kept everything in motion from both ends (I’ve no doubt our buyer is as grateful as we are) keeping us fully informed about when we needed to intervene. In addition to which she was also consistently supportive and reassuring. I shudder to think how much longer the process would have taken without her! We are forever grateful!

We rented a house through MGY Radyr office and both, myself and my husband, were really impressed with Sian Spiteri. She was very friendly and professional, answered all our questions and guided us through the process. Sian is an absolute pleasure to deal with. We dealth with another lady on the day we signed the contract, who was really lovely also. Our experience dealing with the maintenance department (apart from the emergency number who were really good) wasn't as positive. Upon reporting a leak, I received a call back saying there was no leak when the landlord used to live in this house (?!) and that was the end of it. Luckily it was an easy fix as the leak was caused by mold overgrowth inside the pipe that my husband managed to sort out himself, but I was surprised by the lack of care as an unresolved leak would be damaging to the landlord's property.

Really happy and impressed by how professional, welcoming and helpful Dawn has been, always a prompt reply and does everything that she says she will without me needing to go out of my way.
Would highly recommend.
