buenos días hace unos días compré un coche allí y el vendedor un chico que se llama rafa se equivoca diciendo que me da de regalo las dos primeras revisiones gratis y lo pillé en un engaño pue eso lo regalaba la marca y entonces como reconoció su error desde ese momento se desvive en hacer todo lo posible y todo documento que necesite y fue muy comprensible con el tema de espera porque tenían que adaptar mi coche para un PMR en silla de ruedas y eso conlleva un tiempo al cual no puso pega ninguna y todo fueron facilidades por eso cambie la opinión de una a 3 estrellas gracias

Mg auto Italia, ad agosto 2025 ho acquistato una MG HS Ibrida comfort, rispetto i pareri negativi letti nelle recensioni, posso dire che ad oggi, agosto 26, non ho avuto nessun problema, i consumi sono quelli indicati, sono soddisfatto dell'acuisto.

Really good company to deal with. I had an issue with the finish on my car paint. The issue was me, NOT the paint. They talked me through how to sort the problem out. They also offered to send me more paint free of charge, even though the issue was me not them. Really impressed. Oh and paintings very good match and good quality

MG dealers Doyles in Enniscorthy and Court Town - amazing sales service from Shaun and Walter. They both showed extreme patience and gave great advice during the sales process. I would highly recommend dealing with them.

I'd like to express my extreme disappointment at the service I've received from MG since I bought my ZS EV a little over a year ago. I've had to cancel a family holiday the day we were to leave when the car completely shut down (on a full charge), a year to the day since I picked it up from the dealers. The dealer (Linders in Dublin) spent days testing and also running the first service it before telling me there was nothing wrong and I must have left the lights on to run down the 12v battery. Three weeks later the same thing occurred. Back to the dealer and another round of testing before they found the issue - the 12v battery needs to be replaced!! Why was this not found when they did the original test and full service? Injury was compounded by insult when I was told that the 12v battery has only one year warranty on it and because I reported the problem a few days over a year since I paid for the car, I would need to pay for the replacement. €210 for the new battery + €200 for the service + towing fees, taxis and time off work and a grand total of €30 offered off the cost by the dealer. Linders advised there was nothing they could do to cover the battery or reduce the service, but I could contact MG for which they gave me a UK number. The gentleman in MG service UK kindly informed me that they do not cover the Republic of Ireland and I should contact the dealer Linders. So no way of reaching MG themselves to voice any disapproval or receive any mediation.
Why buy a new car if it's going to have parts fail that are not covered by warranty so soon? Why have a presence in a country if there is no way for your customers to receive service?
Very, very disappointing MG.
