Metro Plumb Recenzje

Ollie the young lad who came to do the job was outstanding. He could not done more for me and my disabled wife. His manner was so professional job kept falling down on him but he smiled and got on with it many many thanks Olly and metro rod Wayne Farr

Reliable with good communication.
Something didn't go quite right and it was sorted out straight away.

They came when they said they would and they solved my problem so 5 stars from me.

The engineers are just useless as they will find excuses how to avoid the work and decline the claim. I had my toilet leak claim and they needed to only change the Flexi joint for the waste pip as it was cracked but the plumber refused saying the toilet is not fixed properly. The funny thing is he refused saying the toilet is not fixed and will be moving but it's been steady from last 2 years since we have moved in to the property. Just useless people.

great had a dripping tap changed full unit very happy job done with in time frame thank you very nice man thank you.

Chris visited the property prior to the quote was really enthusiastic and searched for the leak explaining where it could be and detailing what he would need to do. When he came out to fix the leak he did a professional job and he even replanted the lavender that he had dug up. Great work.

Jack came to repair a leak beneath the bath. Although he couldn’t find anything wrong. He did a great job & checked the pipe work. He put the board to the side of the bath, back & supposedly ordered us a new one.
Thankyou.

We had a water leak in the basement and Rav was super helpful. He was able to identify the problem and offer us solutions. Great service!

Really quick service and friendly plumber

Excellent service. I requested for a highly experienced engineer Kyle to attend my issue on a highly complex Air Source Heat Pump. They arranged his visit in a week time and the issue was resolved quite satisfactorily within a small budget. Highly reliable service.

Chelsea and Tracey were amazing when I was going through such a stressful time. They were professional, courteous, helpful and went above and beyond to help me, especially when my insurance company weren't co-operating. Even though I couldn't use their contractors, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them 😊

No job was to big for them, they were so respectful if my property and they were both really nice gentalmen
