Appointed by house insurers to fix faulty toilet flush, charged £330 to replace flush, took 6 minutes to replace. 24hrs later toilet had leaked into bathroom & kitchen. They returned and isolated water to toilet , said they don’t repair at weekend . Returned 2 days later said leak was unrelated to flush repair, new claim. Blamed rusty screws, asked us to sign disclaimer in case he cracked the toilet.
We have been without a toilet for 2 weeks now.
Escalated to insurers . Service was unsympathetic, toilet did not leak before they touched it, no care or consideration. Horrible

Very pleasant and wasn't fobbed off like previous visits from this company over the years, so felt listened too. Plumber was thorough and did a great job. Even found the slow leak which the Council plumbers had failed to find one many attempts which required me keeping a bowl to catch the drips. Great service from this individual.

I had an exceptionally unpleasant experience with these plumbers (their Heathrow branch). They took about a week to properly diagnose the source of the problem (I had a kitchen leak) and finish the work, partly because head office kept calling the plumber away on other jobs - in itself quite extraordinary. They misdiagnosed the problem once or twice so I needed to keep calling them back. Finally, after a week or so, when my kitchen was still leaking, I gave up on them and called another company, who found that they had completely mucked up the job - the new pipe they had laid down was poorly connected. I asked that they refund me, or at least cover the cost of the new plumber, but I never even got a response, even though if they had only said sorry it would have been all right. They also rarely showed up on time. And for this disaster I paid £1,200. A disorganised, incompetent mess - stay away.
