Metro PM was appointed as our managing agent in March 2024. I have contacted them on two occasions regarding a faulty lift and on both occasions the phone was answered promptly and they arranged for an engineer to call on the same day. The recent fault took a number of weeks to resolve and I did need to email PM for an update. However, I received a prompt reply from George explaining the reason for the delay and the lift was repaired in the time he quoted. I hope that the service we receive continues to warrant 5 stars.

Look no further for reassurance, generally you only need to contact if something crops up, which it did.
I called the office ,a gentleman named George was attentive, sympathetic and resolved my issues . Strongly recommend

A few little admin things to deal with and this company really great at just getting on with it with great clarity. Staff on phones articulate, precise and concise.

If ever I need something explaining,George is always happy to help He even helped me with my council tax which was nice

Metro PM are the managing agents for a development I have a property in. I've found them quick to respond to emails & they are helpful. Rupinder is very helpful and addressed my issues quickly & efficiently.

I rang up and spoke to George from maintenance last week due to a broken door lock, he got it fixed the same day a provided quality customer services. I was very Impressed with his services as this is the first time I’ve had my complaints seen too after 18 months of living in my current home.

George was most professional. Sorted everything with panache!

Excellent Managing Agents [Metro PM]

Having personally established an excellent rapport with the long standing managing agents of Metro PM the past decade (managing the grounds of an 8 block estate), in my capacity as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, from a personal perspective I praise Metro for continuing to supply excellent services including arranging for repairs sorted expeditiously arising from attendance on regular site inspections / supplying periodic income and expenditure statements / updating the Board at periodic Directors Meetings / discussing the accounts and other agenda estate matters at the annual AGM and last but not least recently successfully boosting the reserve fund via securing a substantial rebate from the electricity supplier.

Called MetroPM as I needed to pay my service charge however did not have copy of invoice and budget. Within a minute of calling, I was straight through and spoke with Louis Scott, who kindly provided me copies of these items as well took payment swiftly, and provided me with receipt too. All within a few minutes. Much better than the minimum 30 minutes having to wait with other companies. Very impressed. Thank you Louis and Metro

Always really helpful whenever I need to resolve an issue with my tenant. Very responsive and polite service.

Being an approved contractor, we at Platinum Decor Ltd have been working with MetroPM for the past 4 years. I have to say Metro have always been a pleasure to carry out work for. The communication relating to works is second to none and the office team are great, offering a friendly and helpful approach every time. Overall a smashing client with good onsite feedback heard from tenants and leaseholders in terms of management.

They recently took over my property and it’s been faultless. I was previously with First Port (formerly Mainstay) who were shambolic. Customer service is fantastic and it’s refreshing to say the least
