Motility complex... not that great
I have been put on their motility complex by a nutritionist. Only 4 weeks in but cant say its done anything yet except wake me up early with cramping pain and a sometimes and other times unproductive urge to use the loo. Ive also noticed just drinking fluid now triggers a bowel urge when its just urine since taking this.
Annoyingly, unlike other companies you can't call to discuss their products which is just stupid. Hence why I bought all other supplements from biocare and lamberts as they have contactable advisors that you can speak to same day. So they have missed out there on that.

Dear Hayden,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Motility Complex so openly.
We're sorry to hear that the product has not met your expectations so far and that your experience has not been a positive one. We also understand your frustration regarding the lack of telephone support, especially when you would prefer to discuss products directly with an advisor.
Your feedback is very important to us. We take your comments about both the product and our accessibility seriously. While we cannot provide individual guidance through Trustpilot, we would welcome the opportunity to learn more about your experience so that our team can review it further.
We’d really like the opportunity to look into this properly for you. Please contact our Customer Service team with your details at orders@metagencis.co.uk, and we can arrange for a member of our Medical Team to review your concerns and provide a response.
As you’ve experienced some unexpected symptoms while taking the product, we would also recommend you discus these with your nutritionist and/or healthcare provider.
Thank you again for your honest review.

Terrible terrible chalky choke hazard…
Terrible terrible chalky choke hazard magnesium tablets.
Omg. These are a nightmare. I’m used to taking large tablets and supplements, but these magnesium glycinate tablets from this brand are HORRENDOUSLY CHALKY and get stuck!!! There’s no slip n slide at all like you’d have with a capsule. These are pure rough chalk. They have a lot of terrible ingredients too. Bulking agents, steerage, etc. all unnecessary junk in them. I’ll go back to my PURE magnesium capsules, which I can swallow nicely, without choking and heaving them back.
I would never use these again, even if they were free.
UPDATE*** I’ve no need to call you as my experience is here for you to read.
Think what I’ve written says it all.

Dear Simba
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our Magnesium Glycinate tablets. We are sorry to hear that you found the tablets difficult to swallow and that the texture made the experience so unpleasant for you.
We understand that the format of a supplement can make a significant difference in everyday use. While many customers are comfortable with tablets, we appreciate that this may not be the most suitable option for everyone. We also take your comments regarding the formulation seriously and will ensure that your feedback is shared with the relevant teams.
We appreciate your honest review, as feedback like yours helps us continuously evaluate and improve our products.
May I kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service team at orders@metagenics.co.uk or by phone on 0800 0435777? We would welcome the opportunity to learn more about your experience and see how we can assist you.
