Inconsistent Ingredient Listings Across Regional Sites Pose a Health Risk
I recently purchased Selenomethionine from the French version of the website. I checked the ingredients listed there, and everything seemed fine. However, shortly after placing my order, I came across the .eu version of the site through a Google search, which displayed a more detailed ingredient list—and it turned out that some of the components I’m allergic to.
I reached out to their customer support within 35 minutes of placing the order to explain my situation. Unfortunately, they couldn’t cancel the order or immediately provide a return shipping label. Instead, I was told to contact them again, wait for the package to arrive, and then physically return it to the post office amd pay for it.
I understand that their processes are largely automated, but what I find truly concerning—and even dangerous—is the inconsistency in ingredient listings across their regional sites. This not only feels misleading but also poses a real health risk to customers who rely on accurate information.

Great product. Poor subscription management system
The product is great but the subscription management system isn't. Had it on a monthly repeat for 14 months and for some reason, they couldn't take this months payment (my card hasn't expired and no other problems!). I've just called them and I have to set up the order again and add my card. That's seemingly not as simple as it should be and after 5 mins, I still can't work out how to do it from my account so I've just cancelled it. I will shop somewhere who make it simpler to do.
