Amazing goggles and really quick service considering it was around Xmas. Recently used on my latest ski trip, the visibility was awesome! Definitely my new fave piece of kit!

Love the sunglasses they make. Just don’t like the lack of info on the shipment of them. Still waiting on a notification or update. Last update was December 27th.

Great solid quality frames, delivered within timeframe advertised, very stylish glasses

Ordered some glasses zu Germany, but they didn‘t fit me, so I asked to return them within given time. After weeks of no reply I emailed them a second time, but still nothing. The glasses itself are nice, but as said, don‘t suit me and I can‘t make use of my right to return them, as displayed on their website.

Katrine has been helpful to me (1) when I originally purchased three pairs of ski goggles and (2) months later, when I discovered an issue with one of the pairs.

She was knowledgeable, pleasant, proactive, and very responsive.

The goggles themselves are SUPERB. They adjust instantly to different kinds of light - I replaced a pair of Oakley Prizm goggles (which were not up to the task), and I will never go back.

The sunglasses are fantastic! Initially, I had some trouble reaching customer service regarding a return, as I had purchased multiple pairs of the same glasses. Their website had some issues. However, they have now resolved the issue. Overall, I’m very happy with our purchase. I got my wife the NEW DEPP sunglasses, and they both look and feel amazing.

Fik et par briller i julegave, som skal ombyttes til anden farve i samme model. Der var lidt problemer med returneringsportalen, men efter kontakt med kundeservice, som var under en del juletravlhed, fik vi lavet en løsning, så brillerne kunne ombyttes.

Er indtilvidere rigtig fint tilfreds med brillerne.
