Delivery was significantly delayed, and communication throughout was slow and unresponsive. I had to chase multiple times just to get basic updates. Overall, the lack of reliability and poor response times made this a frustrating experience.

quality glasses, beautiful packaging, smooth shopping experience

I had some questions regarding my order and it was replied to very quickly. Good and prompt service.

Wir haben mehrere Skibrillen bestellt (MWDK63918) um die Passform zu testen und einige der Modelle nach Anleitung auf der MW-Website zurückgegeben (RMA97051025116697).
Trotz der Information auf der MW-Website, dass die Waren angekommen und das Geld angeblich erstattet wurde, habe ich mein Geld seit mittlerweile zwei Monaten nicht zurückbekommen.
Der Kundenservice ist nicht erreichbar, ich habe mehrere Mails und auch bei Instagram geschrieben, keinerlei Reaktion. Nächster Schritt wird wohl ein Anwalt sein müssen.

Levering og pris var faktisk fin, men når jeg sikre mig at jeg IKKE VIL modtage deres NYHEDSBREV når jeg køber og de så alligevel begynder at sende mig nyhedsbreve, så omgår de lovgivningen som siger at de KUN må sende nyhedsbreve hvis det aktivt tilvælges, og så giver jeg kun 1 stjerne!

I am updating my comment after receiving a detailed information about the glasses. I really appreciate the fast feedback.

I bought Milo Blue tint sunglasses to wear in the cloudy days.. The design is really nice, however, there is no information about the Category of the glasses. I can understand that it is most likely Category 1, but that would be great if they have mentioned it. When I wear the glasses, i feel like it is burning my eyes... So I am really not sure if I can wear them at all...

I ordered two pairs of NEW DEPP sunglasses and received an email confirming that they had been shipped. After eight days, I still hadn’t heard anything further from you. There was no way to contact your customer service.

Later, you informed me that there were issues with the shipping company and that you would send me new pairs instead. Unfortunately, one of the models had gone out of stock in the meantime, which I reluctantly accepted.

You then shipped the remaining pair, which I was supposed to receive yesterday. I received an email saying that the package had been delivered, but I have not received any sunglasses. Again, there is no customer service to contact for assistance.

How can you operate a business without offering customers any way to call and get an explanation of where their order is?

Almost everything that could go wrong with this fairly simple order has gone wrong.

I paid the extra to have the speedy delivery to the UK, and it still hasn't arrived after 7 days.

FedEx is no help. This is disappointing, as I've previously only had good experiences with MessyWeekend.

Our favourite sunglasses! Good quality and good design. Ordered already second time because sadly I lost my best sunglasses this summer - luckily you still had the ones I bought 2 year ago :) and also my husband needed replacements for his Polaroids. So we are happily on a second round and will return also in the future.

Easy process, stylish sunglasses

Really slow delivery. Same as last order.

I ordered champagne frames with green lenses which I have bought twice before. Unfortunately and brownish frame with green lenses arrived in a box labeled champagne frames. I guess that can happen but let’s see how quickly this can get rectified

I have honestly had a very poor delivery experience in Germany. My items weren’t shipped To my home address and the website is not clear and despite choosing home shipping it’s sent to the carriers address. Customer service wasn’t great and it took me nearly 4 weeks to get a refund ! I love messy weekend but overall it’s a very disappointing experience

MessyWeekend fik vendt en træls købsoplevelse til noget rigtig positivt. De var meget lydhøre overfor mine kritikpunkter, og lader til at arbejde målrettet mod at forbedre deres købsproces. Derudover har de selvfølgelig nogle virkelig lækre solbriller til en super skarp pris.
