Contacted Mersey Rod across several platforms requesting help with a collapsed drain after reading all the good reviews on here. I've had no responses.

I have had bad experiences with other plumbing companies in the past, so I was very wary about having to call someone else out. But from the initial conversation, where I explained my issue, Mersey Rod were helpful and honest. They explained about the deposit, and what was included for that, and then what was included in the full price of the visit, so I knew what to expect when they arrived. The Plumber was a very pleasant individual who made sure to explain to me what he was doing and listened when I told him about my bathroom set up. He made sure that he not only cleared the blockage, but he got rid of everything that was blocking it to prevent further problems. He left the area clean and tidy, he even took all the debris that was blocking my pipes with him. If you have issues with your drains, I would absolutely recommend this company. Worth every penny in my opinion.
