I requested a quote for my conservatory to be insulated with their CHRIS product. Approximately 3.5 x 2.5m.
The sales person came out to provide a quote. He was friendly and clearly new the product, although I did have to have a full demonstration of the product and watch a video when a measure up and quote would have really sufficed.
So about an hour later we get to the quote and the sales person says it would be around £4k, which to me seemed a little steep however after saying I wasn't interested at that price it was dropped to £3k as their best price. It was still a bit high then what I had in mind so with that the sales person left (after telling me all about their finance packages which I said each option is wasn't interested in).
I didnt do anything else as I decided against it however some 4 days later I have a call from their office and apparently they can now do it for £2k. This just really made me question what their actual price for this job would be if they were able to drop their initial quote 50% within days.
I dont have a problem with companies charging their price, what does concern me is that someone without commercial head on could have easily been charged that initial £4k.
So my message is buyer beware

I had my conservatory insulated with Conservatory Insulation group. The work was carried out quickly and professionally. In and out of my home within a few hours. Workmen work friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I looking forward to the differance in my home sespecally during the colder months. Many thanks job well done!

The work was done, okay. However, the company now on providing the necessary legal documents. Without such the value of the roof is no longer viable. Very friendly during sales et cetera, but now rather abrupt.

From the initial enquiry, to the sales visit and the installation - the whole process was seamless. We are extremely happy with the results, we finally have a room we can use all year round!

They were amazing! We felt a huge difference in temperature in our room! It went from freezing to warm room. No longer have to freeze!

I have never met a more caring friendly polite and helpful team of fitters. Had my conservatory roof done today.23rd March. It is amazing can't wait for summer. They were excellent from start to finish left everywhere clean and tidy could not fault the work the carried out. Would highly recommend this company and the team. Five stars

Great stylish product we are over the moon with it, it makes our conservatory look new again, would recommend to anyone.

From booking Aaron Jordan to come and talk about the product and providing a quote to our Garden Room being insulated three weeks later.
Lucas & Peter, the fitters, were amazing. Arrived bright and early and worked none stop. Everything was cleared up and any rubbish taken away. Can’t praise their work highly enough.
The difference in temperature is wonderful, from a room that was too cold to be in, even with a radiator, to lovely and cozy.
My husband has been watching sport there now!

In my previous Trustpilot reviews, I criticised CI Group for failing to repair the leaking new conservatory roof after three attempts. Unfortunately, after a severe rainstorm, the leak recurred. I emailed CI Group requesting assistance and was contacted within 30 minutes by Kelly, who was very helpful. She arranged a surveyor to assess the problem. The surveyor reviewed the previous modifications photos and agreed a complete rebuild of the box gutter was necessary.
Karl the surveyor and his team removed the roof, rebuilt the box gutter and weathered it all to my bungalow. This provided cleaning access and is a textbook solution. They worked through the rain to complete the job without any leaks into the conservatory. This was an excellent aftercare service.
I am now confident that I have a watertight roof in all weather conditions. I thank Karl and his team for their work and Kelly for organising the project on time. This demonstrates that CI Group has an excellent aftercare policy and supports consumers by going the extra mile.

The fitters were so polite and worked very efficiently. I would highly recommend both the company, the finished product and the high standard of the product.

From start to finish yesterday faultless service, John and Nyle then Lucas and Peter have arrived on time every day, cleared up each evening. Fitted with expertise and knowledge. Great experience with CI Group. Really customer-focused company that provides excellent products services. All staff have been really helpful including Lee, Lucas and Pete who carried out the work, Danny who has been incredibly helpful with dealing with a pre-existing issue and finding a great solution, to office staff Kelly and Annie. Right from the outset I have been impressed by your company and its customer service. The surveyor who made the initial visit was most helpful and informative. I was also pleased that he promised a short break before fitting and this is what happened. The two fitters who visited - Callum and Riley - were sheer quality. Polite, helpful, efficient and so, so tidy. I cannot believe how clean they have left my conservatory. I would also add that the work looks great. My conservatory now looks smart, clean and tidy. So impressed and very very happy. We had our conservatory roof insulated on Tuesday 27th January 2026 and already can see and feel the difference! We wish we had this done earlier! From start to finish the company were great and very professional. The rep who came to give us the quote and the father and son team who fitted it were brilliant and extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend.

The CI group were brilliant throughout the process of installing our new conservatory insulation.
They initially visited to measure up and give us prices so we had a good idea of the cost. Booked us in as quickly as possible and on the day of installation the engineers were finished in three hours.
Our conservatory now stays much warmer in the winter making the room much more useable.
One thing to be aware of is the sealant used in installation can smell quite strong but that smell has disappeared after a couple of weeks.

CI have been great from start to finish. Keith the salesman was very polite, knowledgeable and not pushy, just like many reviewers have said about their own sales team experiences.
The office staff were also lovely as well by keeping us all up to date with the whole process - we even got offered a last minute installation date meaning we'd not have to wait so long but sadly it clashed eith a medical appointment so we had to decline. But regardless, Keith and the office staff both deserve a big thumbs up. 👍
Most importantly though I'd like to give a huge double thumbs up 👍 👍 to the father and son installation team who fitted our conservatory ceiling today. Dad Callum and son Riley were lovely. They worked very hard as they worked highly professional, cleanly, carefully and were very conscientious. Callum even moved some furniture out of the conservatory for us as they were too heavy for me to move on my own then put it back when the job was done. They are a great team and a huge credit to your company.
