Need a replacement part and I’m not getting any assistance
I have called and emailed in regards to my tensegrity model, and one of the bands that has been clipped and is not up to par to be put on this model because it will eventually break. So I haven’t heard anything back. I got one phone call and I returned the phone call, and then I haven’t gotten any information back. I would expect that there is a replacement for this band as soon as possible because otherwise I’m going to return it this is not adequate customer service.

wrong ropes 😒
I was pleased that the new ropes i ordered were shipped in a timely manner. They were delivered in just a few days. However, I ordered traditional ropes and instead got the retractable kind. Which meant I had to cut them to size and burn the ends to stop them from fraying. Not a huge deal, just irritating because of the time it took. Not a job I could delegate to an employee. Plus I burnt my finger! booo

Great product
Great product , my wife used this Reformer at a local gym and she liked it a lot but had an issue getting to the gym so I figured I’d just buy her one and set up a little gym at home. She loves it . It’s a good solid machine .

The Best Reformer Ever
We are a Merrithew apparatus studio and absolutely love the durability, form and function of the V2 Max reformers. We just added another reformer to our studio. Ordering, shipping and set up was really easy.

Merrithew order via the Netherlands
I recently made an order on the Merrithew smaller Equipment and Justine did really help me out very well.
Always very correct, easy to talk to, quickly in answering and also honest in what is in stock and what not.
She followed up on me with two other orders, without me needing to send her again.
I liked this kind of communication and would order again in the future!

Hi Veronique, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We do run Free Shipping events at different times throughout the year, so please keep an eye out for those promotional emails! In the meantime, to confirm, there are many variables involved when a shipping cost is calculated (i.e. size of item and shipping location). We also use carriers that provide a tracking number to ensure all orders are delivered on time and in tact.
