I really enjoyed the 6 week winter shake off series. My goal was to adapt a weekly workout regime into my schedule and this program was the perfect way to get started. I love the 30 minutes classes. They were challenging but doable. I have never been excited about working out but I loved it so much I became a silver member so I could continue the weekly routine. I would definitely recommend KGF to anyone considering.
I found Kathleen to be really down to earth!
I found Kathleen to be really down-to-earth. She makes mistakes, laughs at herself, and feels genuinely relatable. It’s like she’s right there working out with you, which makes the experience so much more enjoyable. The workouts feel very doable, and I love how much variety there is in her challenges, something I really look forward to! Mixing the HITT, weights, barre, etc gives so much variety and doesn't make it boring.
I especially love incorporating weights back into my routine!! I have found it is exactly what I need in order to gain muscle and core strength back.
The only feedback I’d offer is that the Pilates days could be a bit more challenging or intense. I used to subscribe to The Pilates Class with Jacqui Kingswell, so I may just be used to a higher level there, but I’d love to see that same level of challenge incorporated.

I love the KGF program
I love the KGF program! The workouts are effective, motivating, well taught, modifications are shown, and the variety of classes ensures you are getting the best workout for the entire body, including flexibility and balance. The KGF team are professional and very responsive to questions and providing help when asked.
I feel so fortunate to have found KGF Fitness, and would highly recommend it!

Excellent, flexible workout program
I am going into my 2nd year of doing the Kathleen Grace fitness program and I highly recommend it. You can do the program from anywhere at anytime so if you are looking for flexibility in a program this one is for you. Kathleen in a very highly motivated and encouraging instructor which makes you want to stick with this program

You need to do this!!
I completed my first challenge in Sept 2025 and haven't looked back. I joined as a Silver member and have completed three more challenges. Looking forward to the next one.
I was skeptical to join at first as there are so many not so great online fitness programs out there. But this isn't one of them! I love the 30 minute classes and how you don't have to make any decisions about what to do! It is all laid out for you from the equipment (minimal) you need, to warm up and cool down. It makes it easy. I love the variety of classes and that there are modifications provided for all abilities and health conditions.
Kathleen is encouraging and motivating. Her friendly approach, her "PEI ways" come through in each class. This program does not focus on weight loss - it is about feeling better and stronger. I like that there is a weekly check-in to keep you motivated and on task, and the weekly prizes are also a great addition. I 100% recommend, you won't be disappointed. I feel better, stronger and have a lot less pain in my aging body!

Enjoyed the six week challenge time frame and the 30 minute workouts, great variety during the six weeks. Positive encouragement throughout the classes and the timer is a great motivator to endure to the end! Kathleen has a warm, friendly and down to earth approach to the classes and her clients with her comments. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her workouts!

Great daily fitness classes that take out all of the guesswork about what you should be doing, and when. Kathleen is charming and motivating, and for the first time in a long time, I’m looking forward to my daily exercise classes.

Perimenopausal review
I loved the variety of exercises and the challenge they posed to me. Kathleen's voice is often in my head "we can do hard things!" I also liked the guidance during the workout with the modifications when needed. The setup is great for forming a habit of exercise. Even though I am working out at home (convenient) I still feel like I am a part of a community.
The "mindful Mondays" were also inspiring. I really liked when Kathleen's mom joined the workouts - she inspired me to "do hard things". Kathleen is funny, encouraging, down to earth and inspiring. This program offers so much and I love that the exercises are targeted to women over 40. One other quote that really resonated with me is "don't do this get your 20 year old body back - do this for your future." This stage of life feels so overwhelming at times - I have found Kathleen Grace to boost my health and wellbeing overall (mood, energy, strength, self-care). I am so glad I signed up for the 6 week challenge which led me to sign up for the silver membership.

Kathleen is so real
Kathleen is so real. She’s aware that most of us are older than her and she shows us modifications to prevent injury and she’s always telling us to go at our own pace and make our own decisions.
I had difficulty going downstairs six weeks ago and now it is no longer a problem. I love the half hour format because you can do anything for half an hour. If was longer, I may not start it.
I will definitely continue her programs
