J’ai rencontré un problème sérieux avec Meridianbet concernant la gestion de paris gagnants.
Après avoir placé plusieurs paris à des cotes affichées et acceptées par le site, ceux-ci ont été modifiés après la fin des événements, avec une réduction rétroactive des gains invoquant une « erreur manifeste ».

Suite à mes contestations, les paris ont finalement été annulés et remboursés, mais sans aucune explication claire, et mon compte a ensuite été temporairement restreint.

D’autres joueurs ayant placé les mêmes paris ont pourtant été payés intégralement, ce qui soulève selon moi un très sérieux problème de cohérence et d’équité dans le traitement des clients.

À ce jour, malgré de nombreuses démarches, aucune solution satisfaisante n’a été trouvée. Je recommande donc aux joueurs d'éviter à tout prix cet opérateur pourtant agréé.

Slechtste bookmaker actief in België. Past bijna altijd hun odds aan bij het inzetten. Als je "Alle wijzigingen accepteren" niet aanvinkt mag je er zeker van zijn dat je ticket altijd afgewezen wordt met een daling van de odd tot gevolg. Hele zwakke praktijken.

This is the biggest shame of all the bookmakers I have known in 20 years. 50 € is the maximum stake, they decrease the odds while you are placing your bets (from 1.85 to 1.50) and ask you to accept their crappy odds. The customer service is totally inefficient. They don't proceed the withdrawal requests. Honestly, you should totally avoid wasting your time with them. It's simply unbelievable that they have a Belgian license to operate legally.

By far the best payouts and ease in moving money compared to the big names. Wish I started on Meridianbet, they spend more on the customer experience and less on marketing big celebs.

They will change the rules of the bets or they will stop the bet just to make you loose. The agents get too long answer or cancel the chat. Not trustable agency

The website is not that easy to navigate. To see your active bets you need navigate to my bets which are marked with a reference number instead of showing which bet it is. If you click on it then you see your bet but that page is not updating dynamically and you have to go back and then back in to see match time and scores.
The first deposit bonus is ridiculous as you have to bet your whole deposit and the bet ahould met specific limitations in order to receive it.
The cash out is shady as well as its not offered all the time and especially at crucial times and its designed to be against the player.

Ging initieel goed. Niet de meest overzichtelijke site, maar voetbal odds leken mij redelijk goed (niet echt vergeleken). Het duurde wel nogal lang voor de weeklimiet verhoogd kon worden (na nieuwe wetgeving moest je die verhoging aanvragen maar dat duurde weken...). Klantendienst lijkt mij ook niet Nederlandstalig (Franstalig?) gezien het soms slecht vertaalde of 'Google translate'-stijl antwoord. Maar valt nog wel enigszins te begrijpen en ze proberen het dan tenminste nog in het Nederlands te reageren.
Maar dan... Tijdens het WK zat het dan even mee en maakte ik best wat winst. Hierna werd ik plots en zonder uitleg uitgesloten van pre-match bets. Elke bet wordt 'rejected'. Navraag bij de klantendienst leverde de volgende antwoorden op: "Speel alles wat je niet kunt spelen in de standaardaanbieding in Live" en "We kunnen niet controleren of het systeem tickets goedkeurt of niet". En ja, ik kan (soms) nog live inzetten, maar ik wil uiteraard pre-match kunnen inzetten... Geen oplossing.

I won some money with them and they just blocked my account accusing me of some tricky match. I’ve asked some proofs but nobody answered me since then… it’s really scandalous to have an official license and do that sort of things , don’t play with them
They just scam you and don’t even return your initial deposit
I mean they are ta even bothered to not answer my emails, sent like 5-6 emails since, radio silence…
