Aside from the temporary issues Mercury was having with their ERP system, the experience was excellent.

It was very easy to customize and purchase my quote online. I was unable to add an intrested third-party because their address is a PO box.

I did my quote fully online, what i really like was the custom coverage and the dollar amount changing as a add or remove. I had other quotes with a real person over the phone and I felt like they added things I didn't need.

I have been treated terribly by Raegan, an employee working at mercury. I have had roof damage, ceiling damage in my bathroom from a leak, and my ceiling have fallen in, in the garage. I have had two different roofing companies tell me that I need a new roof. Mercury sent an inspection agent out who voiced that I need a new roof. When talking to Reagan, he started off rude. I You his supervisor involved and he began to be more nice. He denied my roof stating that It does not need the repairs that the professionals have told me that I need done. I asked for a recommendation of where to go to get a company to fix my roof and ceilings at the cost he quoted me. I did not receive an email back to be helpful, instead an email outlining what was said, I assume to cover him.
