Fantastic service

I’ve had a really positive experience working with this facilities management company. Communication is clear, standards are consistently high, and the team are reliable, professional and proactive. It’s obvious they care about doing things properly and supporting both clients and staff. I’d happily recommend them.

Disgusting .. supervisors and management are bullies , treating staff as a piece of s….t !!! On our journey of reporting the company and taking them to the court asap

We have been extremely satisfied with the services the Merco team have provided us at our Ellesmere Port Warehouse and offices over the last 2.5 years.
Easy to deal with, very well priced and their cleaning jobs have always been immaculate.
We would highly recommend.

We’ve worked with Merco for a few years now and I can relax in the knowledge that our cleaning needs at M60 Office Park will be dealt with to a high standard. The team at Merco are responsive and if there are ever any issues, they get dealt with immediately. We can highly recommend Merco for your cleaning requirements.

I can only speak incredibly highly of Merco, the staff here are amazing with a ‘nothing is too much trouble attitude’ led imperiously by Neil Fagleman. We have used Merco several times and, even if there are issues, they are always dealt with the minimum of fuss… keep up the good work …!

They were amazing, responsive and accomodating! Cleaners are all polite and efficient.

Too much emphasis on the client. Strong feeling employees are just incidental with the emphasis on keeping the contract. Also a bargain basement approach with cheapest cleaning products always late arriving made up on the hoof.
Wages regularly wrong? Also just above minimum wage so rubbish wages. Also some of the reviews here are family members which means they are not real
Small company with big ambitions.

They have started to clean our buildings and have been fantastic. Our residents are extremely happy with the state of the cleaning

Kelly and Neil after school ended at the end of the school year we had the opportunity to do some refurbishment to our primary school admin areas and staff rooms

With the obvious end of school clear out and new year cleaning the Merco staff had more then enough to do to get the school ready for the new year which is why we were on the phone to Kelly and Neil when we knew we were doing the refurbishment to ask for more cleaning help to which they said don't worry we have you covered which was 100 percent correct

They first started cleaning the upstairs classrooms,corridors and toilets which were cleaned amazingly until the dust from the builders started going through to which the had to go over all over again which delayed the job by a week

But credit where credit is due the staff cleaned and cleaned again all with a smile the staff were absolutely fantastic and have all done all what we have thrown at them and more really appreciate everything thank you and please pass on to the staff

Absolutely No Good! Wont be using ever again, it’s not the staff that’s the problem it’s the management by far no experience

I have been using Merco for some time now, and I am very satisfied with the service we have received. The cleaners not only do a great job, but are also very polite, happy and considerate of our requirements. I have never had any issues and if I have ever contacted the office, the managers have always been very helpful and pleasant.
