Wasn’t sure about buying a car without viewing it but all seemed good at the time, car was delivered exactly when I wanted and free of charge. I was reassured by Vish that I would be pleased with the car and how right he was ,have had the car for over a week now and drives and looks fantastic,couldn’t be happier with the car or the service provided by the team at Mercland,if this experience is anything to go by I will go back again for sure!

Fantastic experience buying from Mercland all the staff were very helpful. Vishal was very accommodating to my needs and listened when I explained what I was looking for in a vehicle.

Smooth, easy buying process. Despite buying one of their cheaper, older cars my C220 CDi was in good shape, with all paperwork ready to collect. And the fella who handled my test drive and sale could not have been more helpful.

Three weeks and almost 1000 miles later, car has been great.

This is my second purchase from Mercland. Always very helpful and knowledgeable, and any minor errors at all with the cars on receipt are always sorted out very easily and amicably.

Had a great experience dealing with these guys and got an excellent well priced Mercedes into the bargain. I have recommended them to everyone I know and will definitely buy from them again in the future. Thansk to everyone there!

The sale experience is good but the service is not so good. They told me my seatbelt would be fixed when I pick up the car.... it was not. I am wondering if the parking brake low efficiency has been fixed too..... seems very weak.
Don't buy a car there. My car was still under warranty. My thermostat failed and they would not reach it.
Dishonest garage. They check up before sale is very poor. Had the wrong type of discs fitted on the car. Lost the pads on the road too.

Good afternoon just got back from mer land having viewed my next used car from them it was presented in an ideal condition, had a long test drive and did the seal would recommend mer land they are cheaper than a main agent and treat all customers as individuals nothing was too much trouble if fact as I had not changed my insurance over they are delivering the car tomorrow to my home can’t say much more it’s the third car I have purchased from them and each car has been great.

From start to finish, the team looked after me making sure everything was okay. Definitely be using again
