Car was prepared to a high standard, not much give on the price advertised which was a shame in the current market. Bought the car and happy with the sales agent.

Other than some difficulty getting the handover document downloaded, the whole purchase system went well, and having home delivery is appreciated, especially for those of us who are elderly !!
The car was presented in fine order, helped by having delivery on a fine, dry day.
Pleased with my purchase.

i bought a mercedes c class before 3 months and i drive it 5000 miles and engine management light comes from 10th day instead giving me solution these guys tell me we will do diagnostic every time they just remove the check engine light and its blow up again in just 10 miles call them many time very poor service! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

The car is stunning. The service was not fantastic I didn’t feel appreciated as a customer I felt like I wasn’t important when I called, the sales person wasn’t there to do the handover and the only time I was thanked for my business was by the lady who handed the car over, but no offer to show the controls the fuel light was on. Overall not a brilliant experience

I would definitely recommend this company. From the purchase to delivery the service has been brilliant. Looked at a car was told they needed to clean it as it had just come into the showroom. When car was delivered to me I was very impressed with what they had done marks had come off the bumper and the seats had been cleaned to a very high standard. Looks and smells like a new car even though it's a second hand. Great service from all the team.

Bought a e350 bluetec Monday, delivered Wednesday , clean. Nice car and well looked after. Sale went quick with no problems at all. Very happy with the car.

From seeing the car on Saturday and discussing a few minor faults they’ve gone above and beyond to put these things right plus things l never saw eg pads and discs I was really impressed thank you

Reserved the vehicle the night before, then viewed next day. No fuel in the vehicle at all so sat in a queue at petrol station for 15 mins before being able to test drive. Inside was lovely a clean, but outside the car was dirty. Had a good long test drive and was told all about the vehicle by the salesman. Was told it had full service history and 2 keys. I decided to purchase the vehicle. I was left waiting in reception for a good 15 minutes until the salesman returned with paperwork. He said there was nowhere available to go to sort out the paperwork, so I had to sign for it on the back of a car in the reception! Not very professional. I was asked to make payment , which I did in full. It was then the salesman decided to tell me there was only 1 key and handed over all the history for the car. For a nearly 9 year old car it had only had 4 services, hardly full service history. As for the spare key I was told they would chase up with the previous owner. I asked the salesman why I wasn't told about the spare key and service history before I'd paid, he just shrugged his shoulders! I've chased this up several times and at first got a reply, but now the replies have stopped. I guess they have their money and no longer care! Not a great experience buying from these guys, so based on my experience I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

I purchased my Mercedes online while living in Thailand and collected it the day after I arrived in England.
The car was exactly as described in the advert and personal video, which they sent me.
I am very pleased with the purchase and the car is spot on.
