Car was delivered to my house and it was exactly as described, that is, it was in fantastic condition for its age and mileage. I then had it checked by my local independent mercedes specialist IN Autos of Lingfield in Surrey who gave it a clean bill of health saying there was nothing wrong with the car and in their opinion I had purchased a very good E220d estate. Thank you Mercland for an honest review of the car and thanks to Geoff you delivery driver . Great car .

Purchased Mercedes from Mercland in 2023 and have just traded that vehicle back against a newer Mercedes from Mercland. The first purchase was a fantastic car in superb condition and the second one looks to be the same. Jay Manek was exceptionally professional and have found everyone I have dealt with Mercland to be the same. They search out high quality Mercedes for their stock and this is clearly evident when you view their cars. It is very nice to be return customers to a family run business that take pride in what they do.

I turned up to Mercland without an appointment to look at an E350. Despite being busy, Ujwal was very accommodating. I even got a decent coffee! After placing a deposit on the car, I reattended the dealership 2 days later. Once again, Ujwal was on hand to make my visit really positive. I've come away with a lovely, well looked after car. Even the missus is impressed!

From reserving to viewing and delivery every thing was great. The car was exactly as described looks like a new car. The attention to detail is really good, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it had also had new pads and rotors fitted. Janki and the team made the whole process extremely easy and hassle free. I would definitely recommend Mercland to anyone thinking of buying a used Mercedes. Unfortunately I had a slight problem three days after receiving the vehicle the near side rear air spring started leaking air. This is not a reflection on or Mercland’s problem it’s just one of those things it comes with owning a Benz.

Very poor customer service quite ignorant

We have bought both of our Mercedes from Mercland and have decided we wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future, considering they aren’t Mercedes dealers the service they provide is excellent, nothing is too much trouble as far as aftercare service, I highly recommend them, there’s no need to pay extortionate prices for a beautiful car when you can get one from Mercland at such a reasonable price, along with a 6 month warranty.

As soon as I arrived I was met by Vishal, he was very polite and took me for a test drive in a C220. Once back I was instantly offered a cup of coffee before discussing any detail. The transaction to purchase the vehicle was very smooth from start to finish and it was delivered 3 days later by Ricky. The hand over of the vehicle was again very smooth. I have only had the car fod a couple of days with no issues. I look forward to business with Mercland again in the future. Excellent service from a car dealer. Thank you.

Prompt communication: When I had a concern with my car, I contacted them & they arranged for me to drop the car & replaced the part with no hassle. The guys at the workshop were really friendly too. I will definitely buy from them again.
