Great website

Total scam. I never recieved a jersey ordered for christmas and the company refuses to refund my money. the last tracking had the item in China. I would give them a zero if I could.

Like many others, I would give this company ZERO stars. I wish I would’ve seen these reviews before purchasing. I purchased a youth jersey and received a men’s jersey. I contacted customer service the same day I received the package (It took almost a month to receive) and they “did their research” and said that was the jersey I ordered. I told them It was a MENS jersey and sent them photos to illustrate how large the jersey was. They blamed me for not clicking on the size chart that says MENS jersey (in spite of the title of the product that said YOUTH jersey). They said It was my fault and a full refund was not possible. The best they were going to offer me was 50% off a future order or 30% of the value of the product. They are scamming customers into thinking they are ordering children’s clothes only to receive adult sizes and then not offering a refund or exchange. Also want to add the material is cheap and not Jersey like material. Please do yourself a favor and order elsewhere.

SCAM they never send items and have the nerve to dispute your dispute. They also charge your card for payment under another corporation. Beware SCAM

I would give them a zero. Sizing is weird and they would not take a return. Don’t waste your money

Extremely poor customer service. It took them three months to ship my item, and then, after all that waiting, they canceled it out of the blue just before the delivery date. Spend your money somewhere else.

I’m shocked to see people actually received physical merchandise from this company because they are a FRAUD. Don’t waste another second researching, purchase from literally anywhere else. We finally got our money back by contesting with our credit card and these idiots had the AU.DA.CI.TY to tell us to cancel the complaint. Merch Spirit can choke on a hotdog.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Sizing is not correct. They tried blaming the sizing choice on me; however, what I ordered should have fit an 11 year old child. What I got was a product in a toddler size. No refunds with this company. They offered a 50% discount on a new order; however, I should never had ordered from them in the first place. I do not have any confidence that they would get the order correct the second time. I should have read reviews on this company before purchasing. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this Company.

Took about a month to get. But the supplier returned emails within a day and kept on it. The product was a kids soccer jersey and shorts and came better than expected.

Never received my order. Customer service stated that they had processed my refund. Weeks later, no refund so I filed a case through PayPal. Now they are saying that my money will only be refunded if I close my dispute and that if I don’t paypal will charge me $20, which is a lie. Scammers. Stay away from them. Not worth the hassle

Please read Luisa's comment below. The EXACT same thing is happening to me now!! Ugh!! I received a jersey that is to fit my 11 year old but is a toddler size. They refuse to refund me. DO NOT PURCHASE from this so-called company!!!

Wow!! I should’ve read these comments before buying with this merchant!! Awful, awful customer service! Do not buy with them! Sizing is off! Quality is awful. I bought two of the same items hoping if one didn’t fit I could at least have the second one and return the other! Nope!!! Not only did they send me a jersey marked for youth in a toddler size they are refusing to allow me to return at least one back. Only offered a 50% discount on something else or a 20$ refund off of a 120$ order!! Worst customer service ever!! Do not buy from them!! Save your money!!!

Scam! Not authentic jersey with low quality material and craftsmanship. If you’re looking to buy any Jersey find a different site. Took a chance on this one and immediately regretted it do to false advertising and price. They charge regular prices for a knockoff. Additionally they do zero returns or money back. Avoid at all cost.

All materials comes from China takes 1 month for delivery, after your purchase they said they will sending a tracking number, they never send and you can't return or exchange if you pay with PayPal their not return your money either.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Still haven't received the item. It says it's been sitting in my home town for days with no update and no help from the seller. Website says based out of UK but ships from China? Red flag #1, contacted customer service asking about this all I got back was a "your item shipped" red flag #2, no response now and tracking is all over the place.

I was looking for a Chelsea kit and found MerchSpirit online. I made a BIG mistake by giving them my banking info.

Several others, that were also scammed, have pointed out that MerchSpirit are hackers that gain access to you bank accounts and attempt to hack into other accounts.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BANKING INFO!!!

I ordered a jersey for my husband in mid-November. I was skeptical of the site as it looked quite like a scam, but I ordered anyway. I got email confirmations that they received my order, then that it was being made, and then finally that it was complete and awaiting shipping. I received a tracking number and everything. I checked on tracking fairly frequently, but the item still shows as awaiting pickup in China. The company is supposedly based in London, and nowhere on their site does it state they ship from China. I didn't mind receiving something from China, though I was annoyed at the deception. Then, this morning (December 16), I woke up to an email stating that the item was out of stock and that they cancelled my order "at my request", though I made no such request. I immediately responded asking for verification of the previous emails, and have received no response. I even checked my order number on the website (which now shows that they sell Christian themed tote bags, when previously they sold retro-inspired sports apparel), and the order shows as complete. I have requested a refund of ALL money, including the "transaction fees" they claim they are entitled to based on their terms of service, and will be seeking where to report them for fraud. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE.

I purchased a soccer jersey for a child. When I was trying to determine when the jersey would arrive, I couldn’t find an order number on the invoice. I did find the company’s email address and sent a note asking about the package’s delivery. The company’s response was quick and included a tracking link. The company even checked in again to check on the delivery. The jersey arrived on time and was a huge hit. The design, fabric and size were as described. I would purchase another item from this company.
